This app is ok, it takes a while to open up. There is this weird lag, so I have to close and open it several times before it pops up. Also, it doesn't give you the option to add a second barcode to the app. I have a membership for myself and one for my daughter and I would like to add her barcode to the app so I can enroll her in the classes at the same time i do.

Frustrating experience with this app. Completely unable to access account info. Once logged, when you press ACCOUNT you are asked to log in AGAIN to ABC FINANCIAL SERVICES. Existing password won't work again. Reset password option involves a captcha that won't fit on the screen so you can see the tiles. End result: you cannot cancel your account on this app. Whether intentionally designed to be that way or not it's not a great user experience.

The app needs some serious work to be done. I can only get it to work once every time it's installed. I have reinstall the app every time I want to use my barcode to sign in to workout. After I use it, it logs me out and when I try to log back in, it just kicks me back to the login screen. It is a serious app killing bug that needs to be fixed or just not have an app at all. I love MUV but this app is just awful.

I don't know who runs this app, but it is seriously frustrating. It will not remain logged in, and when you do log in it'll just glitch out and log you back out. You pretty much have to delete the app, then log back in just for it to stay logged in long enough to check in. About a day later it'll start the process all over. Pretty bad app

They make it so hard for you to cancel. I personally have had a terrible experience since I moved out to a state where they dont have a muv fitness. The app isnt even working. Consistently crashes. Shady business

App instant crashes for probably the last two months. Same problem on my girlfriend's phone and several of our friends. No one even scans in at the gym anymore since everyone knows the app doesn't work.

Not even working. Trying to set up my accounton an android phone. But it is continously idling with a circle on the bottom of the screen. Not even showing any option or buttons. It's just stuck on a picture of a few people working out and nothing else.

I love MUV Fitness! I love that I can capitalize on other ways to move to get and stay fit. I'm big on options and MUV Fitness has just that. MUV Fitness are accessible in my area with multiple locations near me. My husband and I don't have children yet but I love that there is an area for children to be when you workout. It reminds me of myself as a child I remember how much fun I had as a kid going to the gym with my Mom. The app is awesome! I can track everything and not have to change apps.
