Whenever trying to pay with credit or debit cards it always loops back to have me re-enter the card information. The payment and order never goes through. I've tried signing out and signing in. I’ve tried ordering as a guest. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed. This app still doesn't work. Other restaurant apps work just fine, this one is just failing me and losing business.

Can't actually process payments. Regardless of what payment option you pick, it repeats an endless loop of asking for payment info and never saves or processes it. Basically allows you to place an order like you would over the phone, but much slower.

When I placed a order burger combo when I wanted a drink it wouldn't let me choose a soda it's only option was tea and I don't drink no damn tea. And the location I went to said that there's curbside service. I get there I called them to tell them I was outside, but there's wasn't no curbside service. I go inside to get my food, but every single employee that passed by me didn't ask me if they could help me.

The app would be a lot better if it would let me pay for my order. I get to the part of putting in my card information and to pay and it doesn't go through so I have to go online to the website it's self and do my order. The app needs updated and fixed it's been this way for months.

Privacy and Battery Nightmare - this app grabs your GPS location and keeps it in the background until you double-kill the app. Just closing it out of the open apps doesn't stop it, you also have to go into background running apps and kill it there too. This is not just a battery killer (20% in 1 hour), it is a massive invasion of privacy.

Trying to use any of the pay options isn't possible. When trying to use google pay, it mysteriously doesn't work. When entering card info it leaves to a new screen. After you're done entering your info, it wipes out your entire order and the page buttons are numbers and symbols. They also took away the pay at restaurant button. Had to literally go to the website itself to get my order put in.

Completing an order seems impossible. Google pay is broken, and the credit card entry loops infinitely. I had to use the website to get an order through.

App was good. Now unresponsive, cannot login, change password, or ask for help due to the reCaptcha not responding. I've cleared App Data, reinstalled, tried to reset password but never receive the required email to reset. My last 5 orders have been as a guest and must manually enter my information, unlike when able to login. This App has become a waste of space on my device.
