Trying to set up my account and it gets to the last step after I select my security questions it tells me I have no internet connection....clearly I do. I turned off and on wifi, restarted my phone, and gone through all the steps multiple times and it gets to the end and tells me the same thing....

***Update August 28, 2024 Login issues are fixed. App seems to work as intended. Thank you Development Team! 🙂 *(Old Review)*This app has potential but as of now Jan 03, 2024, it is currently USELESS!!! It keeps freezing the screen with error messages whenever you attempt to interact with anything on this app. You have to force close and try to log back in. So frustrating.

I never received a card in the mail. My bills have an invalid subscriber ID. I can not reach a real person to get my member ID or anything. I am assuming fraud at this point and will seek real insurance for next year.

Must type username and password each time. Does not remember anything and will timeout or jump back to home page loosing data. Asks for pictures to be uploaded and dispute having to manually assign permission from settings it still wouldn't upload pictures. This app is about 125 mb and is essentially a stripped down version of their mobile website.

I keep getting system error for 3 years I been contacting member services an seem like I can't get an update on the status or they not resolving my issue it shouldn't take all this time to resolve one issue it's so frustrating I just wanna be able to log in I have to keep reaching out to member services every month keep saying IT going to reach out never heard nothing

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I can't find half of my documents and end up having to call customer service to get them to resend them if by chance I need them. NO, YOU CAN'T FIND THE ONES I'M TALKING ABOUT ONLINE EITHER. CS has to create a case to have that letter sent out, that is, if they even know what they're doing and get you to the correct department to begin with. I'm tired of playing musical reps with these people. Their app, website, and customer service sucks.

I use a password manager so I can have long discrete passwords for each site I access. OptimaHealth has decided to block the paste function on the app. There are ways around it like using the website but this is frustrating.

After 5 months still can't find doctors or download my ID card. The app is buggy and only about half of the features work. The Optima app worked perfectly. Why couldn't Sentara buy the app too? Seems like a big downgrade. It's been 5 months, and they still can't get the app to work. If you can't take on the number of patients, don't buy the company until you have the infrastructure first... Makes me want to change back to Anthem...
