The problem with this app, is twofold, as a customer and user it is clunky. Thinking about it from a business perspective, it's badly designed and must be costing you customers. (I work in software dev). The app does not adhere to design principles and throws up barriers at every hurdle. When a customer stops for a coffee they want it to be quick. You will lose customers at every click. It should be as simple as scan QR code, web menu loads on screen, pick items, pay. You do not need an app.

Good app that runs smoothly with handy features that allow me to order ahead, to the table, or as a takeaway. It's menu is rarely accurate to what any of their cafes actually have available on the day; I would like to see the team update their listed items more regularly as it's a 40 minute drive from my nearest Coffi Co and I have made many wasted journeys to pickup an order they didn't have in the beginning

It was a bit clunky to install, set up etc when all I wanted was a coffee....but now it's done, it'll be faster next time. Only gripe, the app icon shows up as a tiny square in my app drawer, rather than filling the icon space like all the others. Makes it easy to spot in the drawer, but looks a bit rubbish!

Daylight robbery! This app is extremely deceitful. Very quickly a £10 or £20 top up button is shown- you must top up with either amount just to order a drink! My son had pressed the app and pressed £20 (literally 2 clicks) money was taken immediately. No confirmation screen, no option to cancel or withdraw! But extremely easy to take!

This app practically stole £20 from my account. There was no option to cancel the payment after pressing 'Top Up' and no message explaining that you were about to pay money into it. I contacted customer support and got the unhelpful reply "I’m afraid we don’t have the facility to refund a top up on the app." with no further explanation. I'd give 0 stars if that were an option. Do not download!

As a daily customer I used to collect the points, then use them to get a free drink or have discount on food or a free drink upgrade. I won't be doing this anymore as there's no way I'm going to store my bank details and pay through this app. Totally unnecessary and a poor business move. It's back to Nero and Costa for us!!

Staff were no help, expected us to use an app without providing details for the Guest WiFi, then the app provides the option to skip account-creating but forces you to sign into an account just to order food/drinks? Completely counter-intuitive - It would have been far quicker to just take the order at the table 🤷

The app wouldn't work at all. Kept saying that the order wouldn't go through. I tried a few times and ended up getting a text from my bank to say that my debit card has been cancelled for fraud. I've never written a review on the google store before, but this was far too annoying.
