The centre is poorly managed. The app doesn't seem to be being consistently used and so, when one arrives at the gym/fitness studio, it is often full even when the app states only 4 or 5 people should be in there. Classes held I'm the gym "fence off" areas to non-class members but there is nothing in the app to warn that this will be happening. Membership doesn't include the "key" which is necessary to use most if the machines. The electric turnstiles frequently don't work.

I am having trouble finding a clear option to book a class for more than just myself. It would be helpful if you could improve this feature. When comparing your app to those of other centers, I find it much easier to add a child or adult while booking. Although I was informed that my son is now added to my account, I can't see him. I still find myself booking classes over the phone.

I had originally given 5 stars because the app was good to use, but after a few updates, the stars are now at 2. Im unable to change my profile picture, I need to allow permissions that aren't even there! It doesn't always log my gym attendance on the activity score so I can go down a rank. And it also keeps unlinking my fitbit from the app. Please sort it out!!!

The worst app to navigate and takes ages just to go through several options just to get a simple question answered like booking a class. Options to book a class only one day ahead and won't move further .

Awful app Non intuitive experience. Have to purchase a session before I can book it. I spend my money before I can book a session so what if the one I want becomes fully booked after I've given you my money? Learn to spell 'want to'. Wanna is just a bit poor.

Have to enter payment details every single time as a pay as you go customer. Very often payment fails. Puts me off booking or using 1610 as it takes too much time and is very annoying.

Good for booking classes and sessions. Other functions - such as activity score - don't appear to work - just constantly showing a spinning wheel of update.

It is quite good as a tool. But I cannot access past workouts. But to book in and the other admin tasks are good. But loses the two star just because of the work management.
