The cars were clean and in good shape, but I had to cancel a couple of reservations because I couldn't locate the car. The map in downtown Tallinn wasn’t clear, so I had to search the streets without proper direction. The promised 30% discount wasn’t applied to the final bill. After contacting customer service, a new code was provided, but it only applied to a small part of the second-time use, making little difference. I'll go back to a competitor.

Best carsharing app in Latvia, in my opinion. Good amount and variety of cars. Great customer service, they answer fast and adequate. I even got compensations for issues caused by previous drivers. They clearly care for customer experience. The only complaint I have is that the app is pretty slow, at least on my devices, but the product overall is still 5 stars

After using Citybee cars for several years, the company suddenly invalidated my account saying I need to renew my driving license. Yet my license is valid to 2032. It appears they had stopped accepting older-type licenses which were issued before the EU standard. This is against international agreements, the authorities confirmed that. My license has always been accepted by every car rental in the world that I have used, from Europe to the U.S.

Dumbest app ever. After registering it says "Please add the requested data to begin your journey with CityBee", which I did, but it doesn't let me go through the verification stage. I've done it like 10 times and still can't rent a car. I guess I must use Bolt Drive then.

For a longer time I was avoiding taking the cityb car rent, because they have lot of negative feedback, but after b*lt blocked my account just in the front of their car because of their app error and all my 3-day-trip was about to go to hell I had no other option than to take the cityb. As a result my trip with them was amazing, customer support answered, wrote and called back really quickly and everything went smoothly and nicely. The price was also good.

Great when it works, but when it doesn't, you'll wish you'd used a better option [Edit following their reply] I spent hours interacting with the help desk. They worked very hard to prove that it was all my fault, but also changed the user interface (because it was completely misleading), but remember... It will always be you (the client) at fault. Use an alternative. Also look at their use of EU funds to control drivers and spy on you. Do your best to find alternatives

Awesome and well kept cars, with great app. Customer support top tier and always available. Haven't had any problems :)

Seems this app is unfinished, when trying to use it on my Xiaomi Mi 9T pro, after a setup process, phone number validation and setting up pin code and trying to enter it, app just exits. And then when trying to open it asks for pin code then for a breef moment phone askes to use fingerprint and app crash / exits.
