Not that reliable to get a taxi, I have had 50% success rate so far and couldn't pre book a taxi 3 days out (it timed out?) - maybe this thing isn't actually working the past few days. Also it would be great if you could save your pick up and drop off address instead of entering it each time.

Excellent way to request a taxi in Playa del Carmen. Fairly easy to use. I don't like that it doesn't request the address, just a description which is not mandatory, so if you request it with an error in the location the taxi will never find you. If the taxi driver is early by a few minutes to what was agreed, he needs to wait until the time so he can start driving. That should not happen.

Its fine that drivers can pick and choose which ride to take BUT just like trying to catch a taxi outside on rainy days forget about it...all drivers seem to have disappeared. You can't get a ride at all. Service price increase but service doesn't get any better.

Just like many others wasn't able to get the verification code while in Mexico. Now I'm back in US and tried it one more time, and voila! Code received. If you are just planning to go to Mexico, verify first from your country and try to use it when in Mexico. No guarantees it works though..

I too never received a verification code, in spite of trying THREE different times over two days. What is the point of allowing a US mobile number and not sending a verification code? I am disabled and can't walk very far, so being able to summon a cab is critical.

Rubbish, you get quoted a price, taxi turns up and shows you a fake rate card where price jumps 20% and then proceeds to call another taxi who passes this job to them and then another taxi turns up and passes the job to them. Don't waste your time with this app. Negotiate with taxi drivers you flag down, cheaper and less stressful than this app

I had to make a quick stop around the corner and go back home before starting my main trip. I was charged $140 MXN a two minute round trip. Not using this app anymore.

It's spotty at times and often times shows the wrong location. It's currently not working at app for myself and others.
