this is the worst app that I have ever used. the majority of the time I have to keep changing my password since it always tells me it doesn't recognize my email or password. this happens every single time that I try to access my acct to have scripts refilled. I end up calling in to the pharmacy and key in refills on the phone. they really need to get it together, seriously thinking of moving all of my family's meds elsewhere. very frustrating.

I tried to use this app about a year or two ago, got the same thing now as I did back then! app does not recognize the email address that I use. I've had the same email address for over 20 years and Reasor's has had this email address for at least 15 years and the app keeps telling me it is not valid! so I will try no more, thank you.

Opens to a blank screen and freezes there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Have always had problems with the app but now it's completely unusable. Disappointing.

well when i typed in my rx address it shows it & then says no such location. well its not hard 2 find the location here n Lil Ol'Marysville,Oh. other than that,thats my rating on this. Deleting App!!!

Very simple. Not remotely difficult. Takes only a minute to refill. Should have done it a long time ago.

Needs more functionality Ordering multiple refills by just checking them Also direct phone # to staff and hours of operation should be simpler to obtain inside the app
