Very good app for property management and maintenance requests

App need to be improved I raised the issue to the call center I cant even go to service to contact the maintenance team I have to call them all the time my home page its stuck in your schedule for key collection been submitted successfully and that's it no service page or nothing I deleted the app reinstalled and still the same VERY POOR!!

Although often works to register maintenance request, but it is extremely poor App. Everything needs improvement, e.g., editing, monitoring, speed, user interface, features, user controls, follow up, opening, etc. Perhaps will improve in future.

2 years so far good on the app, but currently, I am trying to renew my contract on the app so as to issue a collection date, but the app is frozen on the payment plan page. Can you guys grant me permission to complete the process? Even if you don't want me to access the discount offer, I just want to issue a collection date.

After my recent review about the app crashing while trying to renew. Nowni cant get past the payment period confirmation stage. Options are simply unaccessible. App still needs work and development and optimization for newer phones and software.

Wanted to rate it to 0 star. I tried calling and sending emails regarding my registration issue with this app. Your staff assured me that they have fixed and updated my details. But until now I cannot access it. Chasing you since March 2020. Even in my emails im begging you to update and fix the errors.

I did not even get beyond the registration and then it started giving "incorrect credentials" message. Total waste of time. I even doubted it's a scam, better hire more experienced programmers.

Its extremely pathetic app, was working fine prior to lockdown, seems like developers did not get paid and no one cares about the app. Send several emails with screen shoots however issues still not yet resolved. People giving high rating here and are saying tenants since 10 yaers are fake.
