Please fix the scan camera feature!! I used to be able to have my friend hold my phone and use the main camera to perform the scan. Now it ONLY lets me use the bad-quality front-facing camera! Which is so much harder to use!!! Please make it so you can choose which camera (front or rear) to use on the app for scans. My Response: It would make more sense to allow the user to choose which camera to use for the scan. Not to limit it.

I used this app all the time when it was free with zero issues. Ever since the day of the update, I upgraded to the paid plan and immediately began to experience issues with scanning. The scanner begins and right as I go to position it, the entire camera freezes. The voice still instructs me on what to do, but it's just a still image. I've cleared cache, deleted and redownload, I've emailed support and never heard back. This is extremely disappointing. I need my money back.

I can't even get into the app. I loved this app and have used it for over a year, but I went to go open it a month ago and I it making me enter a one time code. As soon as I do, it says an error has occurred. I have tried to get into the app for a month now with no luck. I open get the error has message. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled, updated, and nothing works. I'm so disappointed.

The only app of it's kind that seems to consistently work, though I can't really vouch for accuracy. A bit disappointed with some of the recent changes (scan limits,etc.), and it only lets me scan if my phone battery is above 50%. Otherwise a good app.

I've been using this app for months, during an important weight loss journey, and all my data has been lost. I'm devastated because this is time and data that can never be replicated. The app reset and forced me to sign up again, which reset all the progress I had recorded. There was no warning that this was going to happen, so I was not able to retrieve my scans. The app has now gone to a subscription model, which I would never pay for because I don't trust them now. This was such a great tool.

I downloaded the app today and it just keeps saying it needs to download more files. I tried to do it through my data and wifi and neither worked. Uninstalling! I sent an email and no response!! Update..I have reinstalled a couple of times and still says the same. I still have yet to get a response from the creator. UPDATE!! STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE CREATOR. DON'T INSTALL IT!!!!

Haven't been able to scan in a couple of months. Front view is fine. Once it goes to side, it keeps saying please straighten arms, knees and feet together, blah, blah, blah. Arms can't get any straighter, knees and feet are together. Hoped update would help, but nope. No way would I pay for this. Deleted.

I can no longer login or retrieve any information. It tells me that my email is not found like all my scans and account never existed. Very disappointing. Once you lose the weight you can never re do the progress updates which defeats the purpose of even having the app. GO ELSEWHERE this app is not reliable after a year of use it's all gone.
