Multiple Journey QR Ticket is a hit or miss. There are many underground metro stations where due to network issues, it won't work. Many times error 43 will be there and even after trying on every exit gate, it won't work after standing in the long queues. And suddenly it will just start working... It's getting unreliable day by day. Please fix the issue.

Many times , at the time of Exit, the scanner does not work or does not update the Exit, due to which a min charge of Rs 60/- is spent more to do another journey. There is no system to get the refund of this. DMRC and Autope just pass the buck on each other. On a recent journey which costs just Rs 45/-, due to the app issue Rs.77/- was charged more MEANS Rs122/- for 1 journey. And it has happened twice with me It is totally unfair to charge users for no fault of their. DMRC should refund.

Worst app, not working properly also it takes alot of time to open the app, there is always an issue while scanning, it takes alot of time to even refresh where we have to unnecessarily waste approx 5-10 minutes, even if we have amount around 40-45, they ask us to recharge and it don't allow you to scan. App is useful but after making entry from the scanner it asked me to update and there is no option to skip this. I couldn't exit and I had to wait for 30 minutes at the exit gate, the app was getting updated and my internet was really slow. There should be an option of skipping this and do later. So atleast the person can exit and then update.

The DMRC app was designed to make commuting easier but fails to deliver. It confuses users and has several issues, such as poor customer service. Worst experience. Both smart card and multiple QR recharged but not showing in app. No calls attended by autope. No reply on mails . Unnecessary loss of money . I would recommend all to use metro counter for recharge instead of this app. There is no reply from here, you will get face to face interaction in counter. Worst app I have ever used and resulted in loss. Money deducted without any use and there is no reply. I am deleting it and will never use to get financial loss.no process of refund.

I downloaded this app today to book a ticket, but it was a complete disappointment. After making the payment, the app didn't show my ticket, only a useless history section. I was stuck at the metro station for at least half an hour due to this issue. It's an unreliable and time-wasting app. Not recommended at all!

Reply: I know how to exit from metro. Refund my money scammers. Scam Be aware.. This app will charge you more than metro card for its own error. I have exited using this metro and the amount from metro card needed to be deducted should be 40 Rs. but this app done some error, opened the gates and penaltised me with 60 Rs. I believe its nothing less than scam. Second update: As I had more money left in app, I continued using it and they did the same again. Be aware with this scam
