Very frustrating experience with Talabat. After waiting three hours for my order, my account indicated that it had been delivered, but I never received the item. I contacted customer support, and they refunded my money to the app, they advised me to reorder. I placed the same order with the same grocery store, but this time, Talabat canceled it without reason and blocked my account. My money stuck on the app with expiry date but they prevent me using the app. Until now the issue unresolved.

2 problems 1. misleading join pro ads, after i made a list of groceries from Almeera an option at the bottom of the cart showed in the context "join pro and get this delivery free" and after I joined, the delivery fee was still there. I talked with support and they were useless on the issue kept trying to explain why the delivery is not free. 2. The order statues more then 3 times I make an order and after an hour of waiting, I contact support and apparently my order is canceled without aware

honestly this app has gotten MUCH better than it used to be, i like their new features of offers, vouchers, points And discounts, it encourages us to order from their app instead of others😉 but im very surprised they don't have a section for the restaurants you favourite! like what's the point of liking a restaurant if It doesnt save in "favourite restaurant" list, so I go back to it later...

Having a bad experience recently!! In less than one month, when I reach the checkout section, and after adding my card details,,they will deduct the amount of money but will not confirm the order!! Returning my money, is another nightmare experience, very dissapointing one. It will take them forever to return the money, and will not update you with the progress..you have to run after them, althought it is their mistake! The customer service are the worst!!they keep on repeating the same answers.

Worst food app, rude driver and unreliable customer service. I had ordered from B.Laban but unfortunately the food came messy. The rider kept the food in his bag sode ways, he was blaming the restaurant when he was the one carrying the food. I complaint, got a call and told me that they will send a link for me to attach the bill (what reason is the bill) no problem I can do attach the bill but did not receive any link or sms of the link. After a day you can't complain anymore.. Worst app!!!!

Bad experience on Food order. I ordered for Food delivery. At the checkout I opted payment by Card (International card and active). Added all details. After I finished it asked for OTP sent through Whatsapp, input of which confirmed the order. Received email confirmation with Status Paid By : Cash. When the rider arrived, he insisted on Cash Payment. Good I had small notes of BHD, which I used to pay with addition. Customer care doesn't exist.

They deserve 0 star. So done using their services I have been a Talabat Pro account holder for the past two years. Recently, I encountered an issue with a discount at checkout. Although the discount was displayed and applied at checkout, I was charged the full amount when I finalized the order. I tried to raise the issue immediately, but there was no direct customer support number available. The "Get Help" options provided did not address my specific problem, and there was no live chat option.

Worst service, worst customer service, i made an order and it got cancelled eventhough it was paid, i spoke to 2 customer service agents both confirmed the order is in progress and will arrive shortly and it is just a glitch with the app yet i received a msg that the order is cancelled, spoke again with cm service who said it is cancelled due to missing items and the paid amount will be refunded. Unprofessional and unacceptable service, I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't deal with Talabat.
