the drivers are wonderful for the most part, and those who aren't don't last long. the service is pretty convenient, but it's no exaggeration to say that 50% of the time, their app is broken in some way. I have the app telling me that my driver is here, even though his icon is all the way across town, and the driver just called me to get my location because the app wouldn't tell him my address. this is pretty normal stuff with the circuit app

Horrible extremely unreliable app! First of all most of the time it's hard to get a driver than the times the app gives you is never correct or even close, sure it's nice when they do come in a timely manner but that is rare because the way the app works. They need to improve it's accuracy! Once drivers come service is good otherwise my rating would have been 1 star.

Great service and friendly drivers, but the app is very unreliable (and drivers tell me they all know the software doesn't work right). Too many instances of the bus that was supposed to take 20 minutes longer to reach me beating the Circuit vehicle. "4 minutes away" often turns out to be much longer, so i end up taking the bus that has arrived and cancel the circuit ride that still hasn't. Bird in the hand. Today's "4 minutes away" hadn't arrIved after 18, and was still "4 minutes away".

The app itself could use some improvements for sure. Don't expect super accurate ETAs. However, the service is really great, especially given the fact that in most locations it's free! Drivers are professional and friendly, and the little golf carts are in good shape. I would absolutely recommend for short distances!

I try not to write negative reviews if there are other ways to reach a service but boy has the experience with this app and the overall service been incomprehensibly exhaustive... The app fails in every way possible (location information, tracking, pick-up estimations, communication experience, etc.) but, disappointingly, it doesn't help that majority of the drivers go on about pick-ups/drop-offs willy-nilly, don't communicate, and leave you in need to find another option last-minute.

I use FRED. This service is great ... When it works! The last two times I tried using the service, I waited so long (20-30 min) before I had to cancel and get a Lyft or Uber. The timer keeps counting down until my ride arrives from only 3 minutes, again I waited over 20 min with no ride. While waiting patiently, another FRED vehicle drove right past me. The driver system is so inefficient that service is almost ineffective.

The service is good, considering its providing free rides. The only problem I faced was with signing up with a foreign Sim card I wasn't receiving the sign up code, so I had to contact support for that. Secondly the app was unable to connect on Mobile internet. Had to request ride from a wifi only, while on a foreign Sim.

I'm in downtown sd, scheduled a ride, said it was going to take 21 minutes and less than 5 minutes goes by and I see it pass by the cross street I'm on. I'm in the middle of the block. And the app tells u where it's at, and if it's busy. Yet it was driving all around me. Once the timer went down to 15 minutes the time went back up to 21. And the app tells you when it's "very busy" but when I ordered the ride it wasnt. Stick with Lyft or Uber it's better. I wouldn't pay for that service!!!
