Update:The new update got the issue fixed and it has been working fine! I've been using this app for a long time, but the last update I got, while installing it I got a pop up window message saying duplicate provider error, and now I cannot install it again cause its that error all the time. Does anyone know how to fix it???

Unable to add a credit card, and make payment. first it gives me an error, but then when I go back it saved the credit card information. Then I try to use the credit card and it asks me again for the credit card information and the same error appears. It has been happening for days now and it's very annoying. I haven't been able to send money to my family. I will have to find another way since Cuballama y not reliable anymore

not what I was expecting on march 29 I purchased an electrical appliance for a friend in cuba, cuballama took a long time to deliver and finally when the appliance arrived came in a bad condition it took several calls to find out the status of the pick up. they picked up the appliance May 6 and no refund has been issued yet. multiple calls made already (no refund )Not what I expected they always deliver pretty much in a timely manner don't know what had happened this time.

I have tried to create an account three times and I haven't been able to. I never get the OTP to confirm my number. Is it because it's a Cuban number???

App constantly crashes or lags and is way too invasive!! You MUST provide info on whom you want whish to send a package to, before even starting shopping (?!) and you MUST give access to your phone contacts to keep on shopping, even if you select to enter manually... I have removed the app, just because I don't like being invaded this way... It is unpleasant. There are other channels for sending food and goods to my family in Cuba.

Every time recharge your balance in this app for calling international, the actual balance is always less than the deposit made. It's very disappointing, specially considering they're making money out of people's needs to keep in touch with their loved ones. Everytime I recharge through a promotion or advertisings, I never get the benefits shown. I give it 2 stars because it only works well for talking to my loved ones in Cuba

Be aware. If you use this app even once, they won't stop sending you messages offerts in your cell phone, once you uninstall the app and had previouly mark on do not wish to receive notifications and offerts, you'll still get them no matter what. This APP is a CATCH, it will send your info to their website, once there.. good luck deleting your account. DO NOT USE this service app unless you really need it or if you are getting rid of your cell phone at once. Other than that, it works fine.

Very nice people to communicate with, but I'm having a problems with the application itself, there doesn't seem to be a place in the application to pay for a cellphone top up with the credit in my account. They continue to tell me the steps and what to do...but for some reason I cannot see where after purchasing a credit ...where I can pay for a top up by that credit .
