I recently talked with customer service and they were able to resolve my issue. You will still need to cancel the subscription and then pick a new plan so I think long term where it can be feasibly done in one click would be ideal and not cause confusion. Right now there isn't any indication on canceling first on the app to pick a new plan.

Update 11/14/24: Tracki support team (Greg) was very helpful in fixing the issue. They also refunded me 3 months fees to compensate for the device not working. Updates installed and device now working. Original review Sep/24 Device not working, cannot update firmware as the app can't find the WiFi signal. I use Verizon wifi, which is really strong. The device doesn't update as it used to do. Disappointed. Feedback process doesn't work on the app)

Update: I was contacted by Tracki & sent a new device which works great! I respect a company that stands by its product. Will buy again This app is terrible. I used to have a few of these tracker about 2 yrs back and they were far more accurate and detailed then than it is now. Doesn't tell me how long the tracker was stopped, alerts me that they left a geo-fence and when I got to the 7 day report history; which is approx how long I've had it, the dates and alerts are from Sept, July, Aug...

2024 update! Big improvements have been made in both the Tracki app and in the Customer Service personnel. The company fixed the strobing screen issue I initially referenced a couple of years ago. Other improvements include 4G and retro 3G and 2G communication with the Tracki hardware. Now on the phones are CS reps who sound like they are in the US. When I started using Trackis, the CS people had distinct eastern European accents. Now it's Americans and they know what they're doing. 👍.

Maps not showing (oops something went wrong message instead). When switching to Google maps, it shows the position of the tracker. If map problem get fix, it would be a good tracker. Update: nothing worked to solve the map issue until I cleaned the app cache and voila...everything works fine now. So far, nice tracker.

The app is garbage. I tried like five times to add a tracker would not remember the device. The "live help" 7 days a week was not available. They also don't tell you when you buy the item it needs a subscription.

Such a rip off. $20 month for what!?? They don't even work accurately and the app does whatever it wants. Just now both my trackers were randomly removed from my account and it's saying to add a tracker but I'm getting text messages when it moves. This is trash.

App crashes at every crucial step. Scan the barcode on the device to add it? It crashes. Select a payment plan? Crash. Bought two of these devices, but now they're getting returned.
