Always slow to connect, and what an awful layout that could be much better by putting the information you care about in a more intuitive and accessible location. once you learn it, it's not the worst, but every single person who gets this needs to be shown how to navigate it by someone else, which is awful design.

When it works, it works great. What I don't like is how the app times out everytime it's in the background on my phone. If I switch my apps to check a schedule conflict, I don't want to keep logging in. If I accidentally swipe to 'go back' on the fingerprint login, it logs out all my username and password. If I don't remember my password (which I don't), I have to try resetting my password. But then I never get an email so I have to call support. All because it keeps logging me out.

Difficult to navigate, won't close, you have to close all the windows to exit the app. You need a text verification every single time you use it. The password requirement is absurdly long. If you auto save your password, you still need to remember it when it's time to change to a new password. I sure miss ADT!

3 ☆ is a generous rating. I have been using this app mandatorily for work. It is impossible to use any feature without training on how to use it. The availability change option is an absolute JOKE. You can only change a few days, not your actual availability. I tried for 2 hours to do an availability change, and it is more like a time off request, because you have to go to each calander day for the whole year. That is not an availability change.

This app is terrible, I'm so upset that my employer switched to it. Constantly bugged, half the time I can't even clock in for work. Even in the rare instances it is working properly, the interface is designed in an unintuitive way and takes several attempts just to understand the designers intentions for how to accomplish basic tasks. I don't know what corporate representative got conned into using the app for their business but please don't make the same mistake if you have the choice.

This app is so bad. It's unusable for most of the things it claims to be able to do, it won't open my schedule, you can't request time off, it is basically useless. A majority of the navigation takes you to a blank white page that never loads and forces you to sign out to try again. Even viewing the desktop version doesn't help, this is like an unfinished grade nine computer science project.

This app is unadulterated garbage. It requires me to have a fingerprint registered to use it, but when I try to use that same fingerprint to log on, it freezes. It won't work properly with Microsoft Authenticator at all. At the best of times, it's slower than molasses, and them there are times where it decides to just not work at all, requiring an uninstall and reinstall. Hope you have your client URL memorized.

Nothing changes with this app. I had to upgrade from the previous one and for a while it was working better, but now it still has all the same issues as before and some new ones. The app constantly refuses to connect. Other times I have to load it up, find it not able to do anything then have to reload it, a couple times multiple times. The app also refuses to acknowledge the geo fence area as well. As well I have lost track of how many times it won't let anyone where I work even use it
