app only shows a background image and nothing else. I am unable to login or take any other action.

Stopped working. Sometimes, the login may show up when opening the app and allow you to enter your login details. At this point, it becomes useless as it asks you to choose a security method such as touch ID or pin. When you do, it thinks for a bit, then takes you back to the login screen, then repeats on a continuous, never-ending loop.

Pretty useless app considering I can't even get into it. If you can get to the login screen without it freezing, it'll likely tell you that you've entered the wrong password (yet my password is saved through fingerprint) so I reset my password and try again to receive the same error. Then randomly it'll let me in. Unistalled and reinstalled countless times and now it won't allow me to download files. Though all app permissions are granted, it still doesn't work.

Will remain as 1 star until they fix the App login as described by others. I will NOT contact support. They already know there are problems. *** Update *** - I used the "Forgot my Password" and had a reset email sent to me. Reset it to my original password and suddenly I was able to login to the App. Increased to 2 stars for the moment due to the fact that it was not the developers that solved the issue. It was another owner in my complex that stumbled upon it.

I have been lucky enough not to have issues with login nor biometric access like some users (these have worked for me). However the app requires permissions to view/ download files which would be fine if the app requests this access as this could manually approved through settings. However it doesn't, meaning there is no way to view any document or msg on the app, essentially making it redundant. I have submitted feedback but looking at other reviews it looks like this is a longstanding issue.

This app is useless on the latest Android phones, and none of the attachments download. The app is extremely slow. I have 2 properties, and I have to use different email accounts to access each. The attachment issue has been verified and reported by others for a year now and still no fix, just told to login to Web page.

what absolute rubbish, my useless strat company uses this they are suited to each other both completely and utterly useless. had set up an account, but now can't log in. I can't reset the password as it does not send a reset link. pathetic! not much help from Strata company either

As per what others are saying, it allows you to log in from the main screen, asks to set up touch ID then loops back to the login screen. The app used to work and was great about 8 months ago.
