Very bad experience. Unprofessional. They made a mistake in my address. I took a day off to be at home for installation but because of the mistake the technicien did not come and they canceled my subscription for no reason. NEVER WITH COMPANY!

I am dissapointed in mobile vikings, the customer service has no ticketing reference, only works with replying to emails. When you send a new email, they mess up since several staff start to work on the same case. I have been offline (mobile) for 5 days now, since I'm'waiting to be compensated (data) after my home internet was offline for 24h. Tomorrow I'll switch providers for this number. I have been very patient and I can't be offline on my phone due to the speed MV treats heldesk tickets.

(updated text) So the resizable widget is back, but the smallest version doesn't show the validity of the bundle, which is one of the most important information. Probably more than amount of Viking Points. Instead half of the space is wasted by the refresh button and... the hour of last update. And why so many updates of the app? Is it really so bug-ridden?

The data plan tracking is fine for what is is, with notifications when payment is due etc. No big issues experienced, though a lot of the options (ex. manage notifcations) have to be done via the website. On a similar note please put more emphasis on your own products. It is strange there is an entire tab of the app dedicated to other brand deals but I have to go through the website to look at options for internet subscriptions with the actual company.

Fixed: The Usage tab is full of "free" entrees with "0 B" of data used every 1 or 10 minutes. While it is good to see a history, this obfuscates the entries where I do use my credit. It would be useful (for myself) if there is a way to filter out the free entries and to see a list of all paying entries or at least one where a hundred entries of zero bytes used are condensable into one entry. It's wonderful to have access to the csv file. :)

Rediculously bad for an app that needs to display some numbers. More often than not the widget doesn't work. And I usually end up having to go to the website anyway leaving me to wonder why I have this app in the first place. Once the final sliver of hope that this app will ever be more than the digital equivalent of a paperweight dissipates, I'll have to remove it and accept reality. This app sucks.

Every time I try to use the app I get the message that there are server issues. I logged out but then can't log in anymore. Reinstalling the app doesn't help. Also, vikingpoints are sometimes not awarded. Even if you claim them with proof attached, they are not a usable. I have 'claimed points' from 3 years ago.

This was not the experience I needed while on holidays. I'm From Australia E sim Is what I needed and downloaded the My Viking app. I gave it all my personal information and then ignored the email untill i was in Belgium as I was trying to arrange it from Barcelona and it only allowed me to pay with a Belgium Card. Based on there data but they have my Data, Aparently I'm misusing their services . Do not trust this company. Terrible experience and waste of precious time.
