my sessions stopped appearing. so I have nothing to log. o keep checking but it isn't there on Monday Wednesday and Friday like it usually is.

App is good for them i guess to help track my health. It is annoying with some of its reminders and having some check ins that are set at certain times only. Biggest issue is that i keep getting notices about not using "My control inhaler" I'm not asthmatic. EDIT: app became unworkable and wouldn't load. uninstalled and reinstalled and it could not find me. uninstalled. app is now useless.

Another day of app failure. Twice now in 6 days. App could not connect to server last week - totally froze up. Today, it stops after trying to take blood pressure. App will not move. My doctor wants daily stats which I cannot provide using this tool. Cannot even manually enter data today. Frequently have blue tooth connection issues

Terrible app. Doesn't remember you, so you always have to re-enter your info, then it doesn't send a PIN, even though it says it has and says it has resent your PIN. If you're lucky, your PIN will come thru in 15-20 minutes--plus however many times you told it to resend the PIN--so you get all 10 at once. Not the best system to use when you're having to relay this information for your job. Supposed to check in twice a day, but this app notifies me 4 times a day. What???

Very poor. Would give less than 1 star if possible. Feedback survey is being included with checkin but my scores and feedback are not being accepted by the app. Information is too general, too vague, not personalized to the user, and not related to diagnosis. Would not recommend to anyone seeking input and advice on their health.

Works great when it works right. I use it for blood sugar monitoring. It has now stopped working again, it sends me my reminders to enter the info but when i go into the app it says thank you your provider will contact you if they have any questions, but no where to put my sugars in so I have to use the text message part to send in my sugars. If it would work how it is supposed to and stop just not working it would br a great app. Also, wish the 30 day scale would work.

Was a great app. Worked awesome til I got a new phone an downloaded it to my new phone. Now you can not see the home screen at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I can bring up any of the other functions but the home screen is blank.

The only thing I don't like is the Scales. Had to get First one replaced and I still don't think it's right. I Would try to calibrate the scales but I could weigh myself 5 times and get 5 different reading. And I dont like having to call every morning. I sleep days and up all night due to night shifts for past 40 years. So I'd have to stay up even longer so I could call in.
