I have received either incorrectly made orders--or just entirely a wrong order--at least half of the time I use this app. Especially annoying as the app support is only available during the day, meaning if you have an issue with your dinner, you have to call the restaurant (who are not responsible for the wrong order being dropped off). [Doubly irksome when it is late enough where ordering a replacement would mean eating at 10:30, if they're even open still]. Use a different app if you can!

it's ok. But it looks like it doesn't automatically update on the status of the order. One has to get to the menu to reload and get status updates.

Not recommended at all! We placed an order with an open restaurant but they didn't accept the order and not picking the phone although they withdraw the money. As for Wedley it's so unprofessional not to have a hotline or even a chat service to help your clients in such situations!

The application has a wide range of issues from freezing to unresponsiveness to syncing. In addition the company is charging extra money per delivery for their app development. This is not correct or appropriate.

The app is crashing when you are about to complete a payment via payconiq, making it practically useless as the user ultimately needs to go through the website to complete the payment. On top of that, charging an extra "service" fee just to use the app feels a bit exaggerated!

Twice, the order was incomplete..sent them and email and it fell into an abyss . I think it's just a website with people only to collect money that comes with more the market food prices plus expensive delivery..they should be in their toes given the charges.

Not rating the app itself but wedely itself here. If something goes wrong there is no way to contact wedely to know when your order will be delivered. (we waited more than 2 hours and impossible to know where was the delivery guy) we are now ordering with goosty

Bad UI/UX No pictures of meals No tracking of the delivery When you look at a restaurant's page then return to scrolling, it sends you back to the top of the list
