Not every app is suited for every person. I like the puzzles. These are a bit boring relaxing is debatable . What I don't like are excessive ads. Maybe 1 add after each win. The problem is there are multiple adds attached to others. I watch 5 ads in a row and I couldn't close it until it finished. This kissed me off I don't want to watch ads. So either I find a game w/o ads, or delete all gaming apps. I just feel the ads gotten so abusive and using up my data unnesserarily

Update 10/12/24: Did it again. This time got screenshot when it started acting funny and after it took me back to several hours earlier. Is there a way to upload pics? I was really happy with this app, but since I started playing again in the last couple weeks, my puzzles have crashed while I am playing and I lose a lot of progress. I was over 50% on one, and it took me back to less than 20%. Just happened again, so decided to say something. Not happy!

It would be a definite 5 if they actually awarded coins or awards for the number of puzzles finished in a category. Or if I finish a special category give me the award. Besides the coins earned for each puzzle finished there are no other awards. Update your app. Make it worth the while of finishing categories or albums or challenges. Until then I will just complete the puzzles and collect my whopping 150 coins per puzzle.

Having serioua issue, The current puzzle refuses to save my progress ! Everytime i restart the app i jave restart the entire puzzle.. ie i finish edges.. close the app, when i restart i have to start from beginning. I LOVE the puzzles but if this cant be fixed games worthless. Does anyone know how to reach out to the devs?

I love the puzzles but when I buy a puzzle set, I expect to get them. I'm not at all happy with this problem. It shows up in my collection still expects me to pay for it again. I'm ready to uninstall this puzzle game and go with another, I'm not pleased.

I've been using the app for a number of months. Recently I noticed a glitch. Sometimes if I have to navigate away to answer a phone call, when I return to the app all my work is missing or the entire puzzle needs to be reloaded. At first it's not a big deal because I like puzzles so I just do it again, but it's almost every time I use the app now. I uninstalled and lost everything I did to reinstall but I'm having the same issue. I hope it can be fixed. Thanks

They brought back the Zoom in feature, so I ended up downloading again. And with how gorgeous the pictures are, it helps. Just wish there was a way to upload your own images.

It is ridiculous! The puzzles don't keep their size with different piece counts, instead only a portion of the puzzle is in play .... Very cheap. Unacceptable.
