С Call a Bike вие сте спонтанно и гъвкаво мобилни денонощно. When you try to open a bike by clicking the scan button, the previous bike you rode last pops back up as if it was just scanned (which should not happen). If you slide to open it, it will open that bike regardless of your location (which there should be a check). Their customer service is horrible and they refuse to accept an error could occur on their end leave you with a situation impossible to resolve

App didn't like my payment info but never notified me of this before the bill was due. Now even though I have changed the payment info (informed them)to something that I know works, they are demanding a bank transfer which as a foreigner to Germany means I have to do a global money transfer. The minimum of which is $100... the bill is €20. So they will be overpaid, I won't get my money back and they have been unhelpful and uncooperative the entire time. Use call a bike instead, it's much better.

There is something wrong with the app and it's GPS. I had parked the bike at the station that I picked the bike up from. I failed to park the bike right next to the other bikes. Got charged for a out of area parking fee of 10€. Emailed customer. Got a refusal email to get a refund. Same thing happened when I parked next to Bugerking. I thought I had placed the bike on pause. Must have accidentally end the ride. Got charged another out of area fee of 10€. I will not use the service again.

App may not send an SMS in 10 minutes to allow finishing registration and then throws all your data away so you need to start from scratch to fill all your data in again and then hope for the SMS. So 15+ mins registration process for a bikeride but that's the best case, cause it may not ever work. Like for me.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS IF YOU ARE A TOURIST. They will keep charging you for 2 months after you request to have your account closed and leave the country! Extremely scummy practices.

Very complicated for set up who doesn't have a german cellphone, non functional passwors set up when you put the email to do so. The link never comes into any folder of your email. The response is irrelevant, I have already registered, fix your app. You have 2 star review its bad!

Too expensive I find it! And everywhere pause means no charge only be DB pause is charge or count like normal! Than why u have option pause ? And that is reason why I don't see people who use it!!! What u gonna win for bike riders pay checks ??? What a policy of customers

Pay attention, they promote that 1 day is 9 euro if you return it to the station. It's false! Don't fell in the trap! Just check how many 1 star reviews they have. You write them to get explaination and they don't really answer. They simply say 'oh yes we had system problems' but then you pay anyway. Horrible. Stealing money from normal people 😡😡😡😡😡😡
