The best app for ranked othello action. I love this app, and I'd like to make two small feature requests. Firstly it would be nice to be able to disable the move markers in settings, so we can practice looking for the moves our selves. Secondly I have shaky hands and a small screen, so I often misclick. It would be nice if there was an accessibility option that allowed me to speak my desired move, and then confirm it. So I could say "F5," then the computer would place for me if I confirmed.

This is clearly the best head to head Othello/Reversi game available. The ratings system seems to reflect ability accurately. And best of all there are always plenty of good players online to test your skills and keep you humble. Just when I start thinking I'm getting to be a decent player, I'll get my ass handed to me. It's like they say... A minute to learn... A lifetime to master.

instead of improving you have messed it up. why remove the play history. it was educational to see how the opponent played before where we were able to see at least 20 old games..... well thank you for taking the time to reply to what I had to say. Any time number of players goes below 100 one minute game gets closed... why

Latest update (October 2024): I love the brand new design facelift. New refreshing anime-themed interface and lovely, soothing soft background music to calm the mind. The BEST online Othello game ever! There's no equal. I really enjoy playing this game. Lots of good players to play against all over the world in LIVE real-time modes (5 and 1 minutes). Best of the Best!

Please REMOVE opening name animation. It is disgusting and makes me vomit. If you aren't sadist or enjoying visual terrorism, then you would stop it. If you can make it turn on and off, it is also great.

This is a good game but would be a thousand times better if there were a 2 and/or 3 minute game option. 1 minute is too quick but 4 minutes is far too slow and makes it easy for people to use programs to cheat. Please add a 2 minute game option as this would be an easy addition and improve the gameplay immensely.

It's a great and convenient app for Othello game playing. Positives: Random pairing and no chat so there is a focus on playing the game. However, optional toggle on chat functions could also be enabled for players who like to socialise perhaps. Negatives: No major negatives in my opinion. Suggestions: I wish there could be a minimum rating or dan/kyu setting for preferred opponents, and private swiss pairing tournament mode or a private team based friendly match for 3v3 or 5v5.

In last few days I couldn't play it cuz every time i tried to play either in 5m or 1m mode, a notification "No More Lives!" always shows up and after that you just basically waiting like forever cuz you'll never get your opponent Edit: And Here I though uninstalled the game and away for few months waiting it to be fixed will change anything, but NO, it still same thing "No more lives!"
