Utter garbage. Constantly displaying pop-ups that say prodatakey isn't responding, locking your phone from input until you tell it to stop the app. Seems this garbage runs constantly in the background, even if you're 1000 miles away. Interesting idea, but exceedingly bad execution. Thing behaves like a virus rather than something useful. Total amateur hour app.

Constant pop-up saying "Prodatakey isn't responding". I click close app and it appears again within 60 seconds. Junk software.

Unnecessary nag screen to give you notifications. Why do you need notifications enabled? You don't. I want to open this app, see the button immediately I need to click, and click it. Not open it, tap past the nag screen telling me I need to enable notifications, then go to favorites then click on the button. Terrible UI designers who don't know what they're doing. Edit: despite them saying this is fixed it is not. As of 2.52 the problem is still there.

This app is beyond frustrating. I reinstalled after I was unable to open any doors, was met with "unable to connect to services required by PDK" and "SDK not initialized properly" repeated attempts by building management and myself to reacquire access were met with failure. So frustrating to deal with this.

Unable to use the app. Keeps popping up a screen that says "SDK is not properly initialized." Update: looks like if you mess with clock settings the app doesn't work. The clock needs to be set to automatic time for others that have this issue. Thanks to support for helping me fix the issue!

Often very slow. The key disappears every once a while. It's not just me. I know several people having the same problem. This is for our daycare and unable to go in to drop off / pick up is so frustrating. Given what it is, it should be a lot more reliable. update] every other update seems to break something that I need to work with management. Extremely frustrating. They don't seem to have proper testing at all.

The first time I installed and activated the code sent, it said it was already in use... Luckily (I guess?) it had sent me *4* activation emails. All 4 didn't seem to work and said to try again or this device already had credentials. Opening the app normally to see if one did end up working, it crashed on launch. And anytime I attempt to open after, it crashes on launch. After uninstalling and reinstalling I don't have any locations or keys registered and it started crashing again. Unusable.
