Wonderful experience and the driver (Kit Pelina) was excellent

My experience was fantastic. I was able to track my order the second it was placed and my food came within minutes of my order being ready. The driver was extremely professional and waited even though I initially didn't hear when he arrived. My food was still when I got it. I'd give Bento 10 stars if I could.

This app doesn't allow you to order if you are a certain distance away from the restaurant. Very confusing as I thought the app was meant to make ordering food anywhere on Island easy and hassle-free. Disappointed

Most of the times Bento is efficient. But when it comes to claims it is impossible to make them pick up the phone. When restaurants makes a mistake in the orders Bento should be able to refund the paid money if the restaurant doesn't have any other option. Also Bento must charge to the restaurant the second trip to delivery the correct order back. I just wish their customer service response works as it supposed to

Bento drivers either get lost or go do personal errands. My food took 90 mins from order to delivery, but restaurants had food ready to be picked up after 35 mins....after the driver finally picked up the food she then drove past my street and stopped at another place for about 10 mins! Tried to settle dispute with costumer service who read and ignored my messages. Awful costumer service and inconsistent drivers.

The best delivery service in the Cayman Islands I have ever used. The app has an excellent interface and is user friendly, stylish and efficient. Initially started using because let's eat wasn't working and now I don't think I'll ever go back.
