My Coin payments is always rejected (OVO, XL, GOPAY), IDK why the apps always told me to check my location setting. I triple checked, its still in Indonesia. So what made me unable to purchase the coins? I asked by WA, the same reply: check your location, which I dont understand why, I mean I'm going to pay it with IDR anyways despite I'm in Singapore/Thailand. Why was it so hard to purchase your coin????

Hello Noice.id, I have been using this platform for months, and I think it is a great place to listen to plenty of interesting podcasts. I also occasionally purchase some interesting content. But recently, I found out that this app pauses when I am still listening to content. I would like to know whether this is a bug or just buffering. It happened so often recently. I would be happy if there were replies from Noice, and I am looking forward to some adjustments. Thanks for the platform.

Today I was listening to podcast when suddenly the apps kinda error...it keep on fast forward between episodes and ads...and the error doesn't stop even after i clear cache so i uninstall and re-install the apps and now...not working at all 🤣 when i try to click podcast episode, the ads work just fine but after that, nothing. So, i only got to listen to the ads.

Just renewed my noice premium subscription but i feel quite disappointed with the app. When i change the content from video to audio or vice versa, it stops or it delayed and also when i changed the speed. There is no improvement in that aspect so far from the last time and i feel so disappointed with this. I hope the dev app could improve the quality of the UX so that we can enjoy noice better. I can't unsubscribe from the premium service smh. I tried many ways, including DELETING my accounts, but when I deleted the app, I still got a notification from Google saying that I'm still subscribed. I checked my transaction history in d Go-Pay app, and yes, Noice cut my money for 2-ish months (Rp. 21.090). I'm furious about how incapable the app that won't let me unsubscribe the "premium" service. I did check on the Play App, and I have no subscription, but on the noice app, it's subscribed??

I had the app a few months ago back in October; it was working fine. Then the decision was made to update it. Why? Now its more difficult to even use. I'd have to allow the app to make calls and access media on my phone. Why didn't they just keep the app to where you open it and play radio? I used and loved the app because I'm literally on the other side of the planet and love listening to Indonesian music/radio. A little advice: Just keep it simple. I would rate this app ZERO stars but can't.

kudos for the great content, but i have problem with the playback. Just like many complaints here, when i listen to a podcast, it won't play newer episode automatically. you have to put what to play next manually, even though that podcast still have newer episodes. and sometimes what to play next was filled with episodes that i had already listened to. Oh, and also, more often than not, the tracker lost its way. I already play halfway, when i stop it, and play it the next day, it got reset again

I dont know if this happened only on my phone or everyone else have the same problem. Last time i opened my noice apps was a week ago and i just opened it again today but everytime i click new episode, the loading was too long and didnt show anything. Even when i use wifi signal or provider signal, the loading still too long still not showing anything. I also already updated my apps.
