Have all my notifications set up with a tone to hear when time comes up. The reminder only displays on the app when I open it, no sound or anything on home screen. Using samsung android.

Two big unresolved issues: The "Taken/Skipped buttons don't work. You have to log into the app and tap "skipped/taken." This issue began around July. The second issue is that the Skipped and Taken buttons are not intuitive. They should be reversed when the drop down quick buttons actually work. Still not fixed as of October 2024.

Worst app to manage meds. It's declining a payment and won't let me change it. It also won't let me cancel the order to start over. No email sent for a declined payment either?? Then I have to go into a pharmacy for omeprazole but not my BP meds? Makes absolutely no sense. How does this save anyone's time and be convienent. I now need to call or go somewhere for a simple refill.

This app helps me stay organized and lists all my meds in one convenient place. You're able to schedule and get reminders on when to take your meds. The support team is great, and reaches out quickly with any questions I had.

For the life of this app, it has NEVER once been able to calculate the price of anything and so i need to blindly checkout every time after entering my credit card even though i have NO idea how much they are going to charge my credit card 😬

The app works, but needs more work, like the ability to delete and edit already set meds. Also, never received any response to my questions for app questions. Ended up having to delete app and reinstall to change med schedule! 10/14/20 update - much better now, only problem I'm having is with notifications. Sometimes it redirects to app so I can log as taken, sometimes it's just a reminder and I have to open the app. I like that I can refill prescriptions on the app.

Worked OK to keep track of meds until it stopped and I would have to uninstall it and reinstall it so that I could log in. This would happen about every two months or so. The last time it stopped giving notifications, it also stopped opening after my login. So I figured it was time to reinstall the app. Did that but now it accepts my login but that's as far as it goes. It just sets there making tiny circles on my screen over the app in the background. Did the reinstall several times to no avail.

KP Meds has gone from bad to worse with the 11-Dec update. Opening the app, I see "Please wait. Updating your information" which never finishes. Android eventually prompts that the app has stopped responding. Clearing cache doesn't help. It's basically unusable at this point. This might be due to the recent OS update, Android 14 via Samsung One UI 6.0.
