The switch from the previous system has been an abysmal failure. All of my years of medical history, medications, immunizations and family medical history are gone. I have asked about it through the app some time ago but I haven't received any replies. It lists the one provider that I have seen since the changeover but when I wanted to send that provider a message, the app then said that I had no providers.

VERY USER-FRIENDLY! Personally, I love the app! It's so easy to use! I have a special notification sound so I won't miss important messages! They are very quick to tespond! No more long hold times to speak to someone on the phone! Love it! Oh, one more thing, I can join all doctors on the app. So everything is there when we need it! ❤️

Excellent MyUTHealth app!! Soooo easy to use, I can see everything! Make appts, message Dr's, see visit summaries and test results immediately. They have online check in's, bar codes, lots of info. VERY very fast & gives you great tools and tips. I wish ALL medical practices around the world used this! Also, I can send access to my other Dr's anytime!

Very effective Medical application for documenting interactions with my entire highly skilled UT Physicians and their support staff. Responses are usually returned in less than 24 hours. If the current restriction on sending attachments could be increased from 4MB to 25MB, like most major email applications, the value to staff and patients would be significantly improved.

This is a great app! Very user friendly and detailed with many pertinent options. It's been a great way to stay in touch with my doctor and her staff and receive very timely responses without the hassle of calling and having to leave a message and waiting for someone to call you back. Top notch! Highly recommend!

Notifications comes showing I have test results, messages, etc but when I open the app, there is no indication that I have anything new to view and those I do view takes a long time to show read or give any indication that it has skat been viewed because keep coming up as not read.

I love the MyUTHealth app! I can effectively communicate with my doctors and care team in a timely manner and get results quickly to any concerns, questions, and/or requests without having to wait 24 hours for a response. I recommend that ALL patients download this app so you can have your medical records/chart with you at ALL times no matter where you are when needed.👍🏽

App is probably fine to use. I Gave this app 5 stars. I guess it's probably not up to the app developers to decide that if I was given medicine in the emergency room and I told the doctor's Office just to be transparent. About the medicine they gave me in the emergency room.. The doctor's office adds that to my report. I can push a button that says I don't take it anymore. Doesn't get removed. There's no place to explain that. It was temp meds given to me by the ER. It's not my regular meds.
