A totally useless app. It shows you the bill information, which is always outdated and which you can also get from other sources. The loadshedding schedule is never accurate, therefore misguiding. Lodging complaints is time-wasting as nobody reads those complaints, let alone resolve them. Complaint of unscheduled loadshedding and frequent power outages is not an option in the app. It seeks user's reference number repeatedly. This app is as bad as the power system in general in this country.

Shows that this app was developed by someone or or some organization that absolutely has zero interest in giving customer support. Extremely poorly optimized. Keeps crashing every time you open it. A complete waste of time and storage space.

Change of name feature is only there in name. Don't waste your time as nobody is going to process your application. I doubt that any service request is honored through this app. It is only good for checking bill details. The "Actual" data regarding power outages is also wrong.

Don't perform function that is listed on the app. I doubt it's legitimacy. I used it to update connection name and attached all documents required. Even after few months, record not yet updated nor reached by IESCO team for delay in processing my request. Poor service and useless piece of scrap.

1. every time I open this app, it opens through Google Playstore, with options of Uninstall and open. 2. unable to register complaint from 2 days 3. unable to access load management schedule since 2 days 4. needs much more improvement in respect of interface and outlook and further functionality.

cannot apply for new connection, require field sub division is always blank and doesn't search any criteria and is mandatory to submit new application. rest u can only check bill online..

Good effort to keep things more upright. One little suggestion is the tab Loading schedule is not working or hangs in when someone taps it. Please fix it.

Load management not opening showing error of no internet connection and bill calculator also start loading and nothing shown just keep loading plz solve these bugs
