Desiccated Coconut is great in all sorts of cooking, particularly Indian dishes and desserts. Popular in mueslis, granolas and trail mixes, it is also useful for adding interest to cakes, flapjacks and fruit buns. This coconut is made from organic coconuts in Sri Lanka. It has no added sugar or sulphur dioxide. This is not a raw product, it has been pasteurised at 82 ° Celsius.
