Really good app, especially the rescue session are really useful. There's also a guided journal which is good if you didn't know how to start journaling. Otherwise if you want more freedom there's also an open journal option. Really good as it forces you to follow a specific rythm to learn each lessons that way you can try different technics to overcome social discomfort, depressions, coping mechanisms... Plus the voice is really relaxing so optimal for session before going to bed. Totally free.

Pretty nice and simple app. And it takes 5min for each "check in". It constantly reminds you that you're a human and it's okay to feel the way you feel. I just started but so far I'm enjoying doing a check in during my breaks or in the morning. I'm calmer and every time I feel stress coming up, I know that this will pass and that stressing out won't make it go quicker.

Amazing work, amazing app. I rarely give reviews, but this app definitely deserves it. They are genuinely trying their best to help the users, gathering so much info and algorithm in order to help people on their personal development journey. It feels like they've gathered hundreds of concepts in hundreds of books in one app that is easy to use and follow through. It might change my life, who knows?

An amaziing app. Here are some real-time generous higher level thinkers who are offering a well structured tool with a single goal. To help others. This multi-layered app contains excellent high quality content and has obviously taken a lot of time and devotion to create. How much are they asking for this potentially life changing (possibly life saving) application? Nothing. Help yourself to help yourself! I have no doubt that the love is coming back to you ten fold.! Thank-you 😊 💓

It's great now. Fixed some bugs. And i hope the intellect team keeps on expanding it's reach and dynamic. Update 2024, and the app just keeps getting better. Thanks to the intellect team. 2024 Nov: weird I don't remember the update before.some of the rescue session like sleep rescue, the change of the voice was horrible. the old voice was excellent and actually helped.

I absolutely adore my counsellor. Asking for credits the first time was seamless, but the second time? No news despite asking for more credits 3 times. Even my email (a desperate last resort) was ignored. At this rate, I no longer have a reason to keep this app on my phone if I'm no longer able to have a chat with my counsellor. Well, it was good while it lasted.

This app is underrated. The app needs to be a movement - a web experience too. The potential for positive emotional and psychological change cannot be overestimated. There is tremendous good that can come from using this app. I've only just begun to delve into it's features, but already I've deleted Brite and LunaTask. I am looking forward to digging into its details.

It's too general and simple. It doesn't provide anything special. It only asks very general questions and unhelpful in guiding you. It's way too simple and lacks content. Get an app that's more specific for your needs. I think the goal of the developers is to cater to as many people as possible for every mental health problem. Not worth the money at all.
