Overall, very enjoyable game. I love that even if you don't pay, you can still become a very powerful player. I was in the top without spending a single penny. Graphics are nice, tutorials are nice, rewards for events and participation are awesome. One of the best games I've ever played. I will say though, after the battle for town hall, the game gets really slow and each server seems to just die.

If you've played one game of this "strategy" genre, you've played them all, and this one is no exception. Just another skin for the same old gameplay, no innovation or unique traits to speak of. If that's what you're looking for, then hey, you found it. If you're looking for something truly standout, keep searching. Can't forget too that all of the ads are false advertising, as usual in the mobile market.

I would really love to give this game more stars, but there are a couple of things that bother me. I really enjoy war games that give you the option to play for free. This is the only war game I've ever played that require you to make purchases in order to build certain buildings or simply change your profile picture. Really? Usually purchases are for bonuses, not the simple gameplay. This game has an interesting storyline and the potential to get better..I might switch to something free.

This game is all about money. All gacha games are but I've never see one like this. Purchases on every screen, buy buttons $$ everwhere in every aspect. There's really no game or strategy at all. Purchases even for basic stuff like more upgrade queues. Light spenders don't stand a chance. I like the art/graphics but it's just a level-up simulator with like 20 different things to do, 10 different currencies, and a whole lot of pressure to spend.

I want to love the game but it's not a fair one. I don't mind spending in stuff to progress faster but there's a huge paying wall. They offer you to unlock characters for 1$-5$, Lilith for example, but then you need to keep spending an insane amount of cash to improve them because the pieces are not available in any other way. You must add an alternative to get those pieces. Make them unlockeable after the first purchase if you want but add them. Otherwise you end up with 45+ empty servers...

The game overall is good, however there is very little help to guide beginners. The graphics are amazing and the premise is great. I despise games that allow players to scout and attack other players. It makes continuing to advance almost impossible because I'm constantly spending all of my resources to rebuild. Get rid of the PvP and I would gladly reinstall and play.

Setup like slot machine. You can play through the training portion, which is fun, but once you reach level 9, you pretty much have to spend money to move forward. Graphics are good, idea is cool with the factions to choose from and cool characters, but they got that way using the pay to play method, and if you don't pay, you won't be able to play after about 10 hours of game play.

4.7 stars, but because I believe there can always be room for improvement. (Edit to three stars from 4.7) Load times getting longer. No pros for attacking higher leveled cities, no cons for attacking lower levels (yes, some games like this one do have that function). Mods are few and rarely seen/heard from. The higher your level, the more they push spending instead of leveling rewards for events to match the player/alliance levels. I got more, but short on space.
