Notifications do not work. Permissions are greyed out. No way to turn the Permissions on. (Update ) Now the app as stopped working altogether, it goes white and says error app restarting and locks my phone up. Samsung A54 5G. Update: This app closes down and does not send notifications 🙃 😒 If I reopen the app ? It works for a short while. Then it repeats. Very poor 9.11.24

Works good for viewing, panning, and zooming. The preset function, which you can have pictures associated with, is great. The recorded file playback is junk. You select the current day and it sorta shows the previous day. Have no idea how it accesses the stored files on the memory card but it just doesn't do it correctly. When I first installed it, the playback worked and then it just lost its mind. This happens on 2 different android devices.

Motion detection has stopped working through the app. Customer service is non responsive. I will be reaching out to Anpiz who use this app for some of their cameras. I'm sure they will be interested to know that their cameras will not function properly because of 3rd party interference. STILL NOT WORKING CORRECTLY AFTER 3 MTHS!
Off Grid Living
Too glitchy. Offline way too often. Will lock up on my android phone 3 out of 5 times causing me to have to un plug my jide tech camera to get back up. This has happened every day for 20 days straight. Cannot use any other app with these cameras. Cannot us any pc based program. No english troubleshooting guide. Just loaded the update. Did nothing but added a scrolling commercial for a useless cloud service. What a scam!

Totally miserable experience trying to register the account, spent a Sunday afternoon just messing around with it to get it to work, still can't register it, can't get passed the setting up a password screen, really not worth your time, the Jennov cam wants to use this app for remote view, sending the camera back, because of this horrible app. Might be good if I could get past the set up a password screen, thinking USA customers are just blocked.

It would be an excellent app but it does not allow share of videos its recorded. So for evidence its totally useless. Also the developer doesn't respond, which bodes bad for support. I would have bought it if it could copy from SD card, which in my case is 30 ft up in the camera, so you can understand why remote copy is essential.

The promising app needs an update ASAP. The Jennov PTZ camera has a high-quality image and is very promising. I would buy more but app problems duscourage me. The biggest problem is the inability to access sdcard recordings for previous days.

It won't connect to the WiFi. I even changed the router to 2.4 from a 5.0 and it won't connect. I called spectrum, no luck. I can't use the app. The cameras only connected to an NVR box now.
