I've been trying to cancel my camera subscriptions for months now but I'm being ignored. There shouldn't be 3 different plans for 2 cameras. I need 2 cameras on the same plan. please let me cancel all my subscriptions/plans. also cameras quality very poor, resolution very poor, motion detection extremely poor. not great cameras at all. as motion detection is terrible I need the cameras to be constantly recording.

Whatever you do, NO NOT BUY THEIR CAMERAS. You're better off returning them if you can and getting others. The app is horrible - basicaly a pay or quit one. To open it you need to get through 30s of ads! To turn on/off camera? 30s of ads and loading time for no reason. The app is slow and really not user friendly - 'pay us' at every step.

Avoid this! App now has ads! Can't quickly open to see a camera because you have to fight through ads!!! And don't bother trying to contact them. Horrible customer service. They offered me a 60% discount on a renewal saying I had to pay full price FIRST, then they'd refund me the 60%. Never carried through with it, didn't offer me a code or link. I canceled it completely. Now looking for an entirely new company.

Recently an update was made so that every time you open the app you have to sit through one of those ads that forces you to wait, click the X, wait, click the X and sometimes wait for a third time. The worst possible thing they could have done was force ads that you have to wait to skip through to access your own camera feed. I'm switching to an entirely different brand of cameras this year and won't be back.

Updating my 5 star review from 2018 to a 1 star in 2025. App worked great for a long time, but over years each update has made it worse. App used to be snappy, now it takes forever to start up. Used to be notifications took you straight to the video clip and auto-played, now it loads forever then you have to click on the clip to play it. Used to be the premium offers were there, but not in your face. Now I get more notifications about offers than video clips. Say no to Enshittification.

As of now the ads as soon as you open the app are back, again.... Takes up to 30 seconds for everything to load/close to get to the home screen. Absolutely terrible if you're using these for security cameras. If you need ad support I understand but don't make the app unusable. Put banner ads in place if you need this support. They are so much less intrusive to the user experience.

I don't know what's going on but there is ads when I open this app to look at my cameras then the cameras take forever to load. My rate went down even more. The ads include games now as well so if it's an emergency or something I have to wait until the ad finishes to view my cameras. No I'll pass I'm going with a whole different setup and no I do not want to purchase the " diamond package" or any package this company can keep their ads along with the product.

This used to be good, but now that they're pushing subscriptions so hard, the app isn't safe enough. If someone were to break in and I wanted to manually open the app and hit record, it would take a solid 30 seconds to get there because of the ads and loading time. It's GARBAGE.
