I had ordered a home grooming package, but no one came from their side, nor did I receive any call. I tried contacting their customer care number several times, but no one answered. I feel like I’ve wasted my money. Please be aware and avoid purchasing any services from them. This seems like a fraud.

Their dog walking service is utterly appalling and untrustworthy. In the past three months, my dog's walks were canceled 21 times, most without notice. The dog walkers are unreliable ,unprofessional, constantly changing, and replacements are practically non-existent. Grievance redressal is a joke. Today - no response to calls or messages, and the chat service is useless. I strongly warn all dog owners to steer clear of this dreadful service.

I was in the beginning liking their services but have faced a lot of difficulty in cancelling an order. They have no cancellation for grooming services in the app or website and everytime you have to reach a customer support member. While rest of the apps do It quickly but in here you literally have to run behind them and keep wondering when will the cancellation happen. Even when you call there is no answer. Very bad experience.

services and coordination of the services is dismal. Untrained walkers, fake walkers, over cancellations of walker. No proper support contact in app. No escalation procedure.

Great Platform for my furry friend. It covers all his needs like food, Grooming and walking. Specially, I loved the doorstep grooming servies provided by them. It was a really smooth experience for my dog.

No complain service..Bot is useless understand s nothing. Given helpline number nobody picks and Walker marks walk as completed without comming and you get no way to complain! Somebody forgot to add Back / Cancel button in UI in registration pages
