It's always the same story; An update comes out and messes up something good. I thought it was only happen in my old vehicle, like my car wasn't up-to-date enough. Then I purchased a new vehicle and come to find out, that it's Apple Music that's the problem. You could be listening and vibing to you song then the whole tempo changes in it. The bass drops out and sometimes it'll rewind for just a quarter of a second, but you know that's enough to mess up the vibe. All because of the latest update

Constant bug on Android. Things go OK for a while but there seems to be a regular bug when trying to add music. "This action is not available while your library is updating" Only fix seems to be to delete the app and reinstall. However this loses ALL the music you have downloaded from the app resulting in a painful process of trying to add years worth of tracks and albums. This same bug has happened over the last couple of years and needs a fix desperately.

Pathetic, constant glitches, right now i cant play a single song because they are "not available", makes sense. constantly clicking on an album only to have the app endlessly buffering. the search is bad, i often have to delete and re add albums to my library because tracks are misplaced. slow load times. still better than spotify somehow which is why i use it but come on...

It was great until for no reason at I could not get into my account, not on my phone, not on my laptop. Tried changing my password. But no, it's now under review. So despite buying all of this music and now paying a subscription. I can not access the music I've bought or downloaded. I know there's more important things in life. But I'm autistic and ADHD I can not function without music. Sounds daft but music is literally everything to me and how it's set up gone for no reason.

The service is really good, the app experience is the worst out of all services. The features and design are fine but just getting music to play can be so frustrating. Half of the time you're stuck buffering whether on WiFi or data and you have to do force stop, airplane mode, and clearing cache acrobatics I don't know how hard it is to fix it but this has been a running issue for the last 5 years. This isn't a free app, do better The battery use is also horrendous. 40% of a full charge?

When swiping left on a downloaded track, AM on other platforms prompt if the user wanted to delete the downloaded file, remove the track completely from the library, or cancel the action. On Android, the track is immediately removed from the library. Pressing undo brings back the track, but it sends it to the top of the list by resetting the added on date. We should get the modal to choose just like other platforms, and the Undo button should restore the original added on date. Please fix this!

Crafting Table

The app works perfectly on my Oppo phone. However when I try to open it on my Optus phone the app closes immediately and I don't know why. It's still a good app though. It's easy to navigate through and it has lots of music variations. Plus you can see what playlists other people have created which is nice.

Overall the sound quality is insane, amazing how much lossy cuts out. I'm no audiophile but the subtle differences is shocking, just having that bit more resonance. Only downside and not a deal breaker is lack off "Spotify-esq" connect feature for Amazon Alexa/echo speakers, the skill lets you play stuff by voice but would be nice just to select from a device and stream to it, not sure it streams lossless to Alexa either as it doesn't show the lossless symbol on Alexa app.
