Do not play or waste money on this game!! the servers die out fast, and the game only produces new servers. it has been 6 months since our last server battle. servers die out, and the game does not don't merge them!! absolutely total waste of money. 100 percent a pay to play game!! and the game just let's your server die out. game is lucky you can not upload photos of conversations with support!! absolutely ridiculous!!! be warned ⚠️

There is alot wrong with this game. The animation is not smooth. The touch screen needs improvment. The game freezes during the dice game or going into world. The delay between going in and out of map is long. All these little things can get annoying. Graphics need improvment if you going to compete with other games like this. You have to press on an object to interact maybe 2 or 3 times before it actually does it. When you press on a object. Map moves instead.

Have played for 3 years. Understood that money plays a big part. Got a new phone recently, game freezes. I have done everything recommended to try and address the issues. I get the same messages of what I should be doing. Provided all the information they request. Then they tell you issue has been resolved therefore the messaging ticket closes. Going on 2 weeks now and game still freezes. If you guys can't provide a good customer service you will continue to lose customers.

1 star. Ads point that this is a decent game. I knew it wouldn't be as advertised, but it strays so far from the advertisement. And honestly, I would've been fine with base building because it looked like a MODERN war game where you fight other people and HUMAN NPCs while training people. But no, it's another stupid Zombie base game. There are hundreds of these all over the place, such as Z-girls. And what tucked me off was that you build buildings you can't do anything with.

I've played this game since 2018 want to say it has improved very much. Prices from in-game purchases are somewhat lower. And gaming experience is much better.

Waste of Money. And you WILL spend if you want to grow as a player. It is nearly impossible to build quickly without buying Gift Packs. When contacting support, they talk in riddles and never help solve the issue. To get to level 30 in under a year, you will need to pay at least $3,000. If the developer doesn't change the game to make building possible without so much money, there is no use in playing. The best player is who spends the most $$. Almost forgot they charged my card random twice

Bugs and more bugs each update.Fixed account transfer but now the game constantly crashes. And also Whales basically dominates the whole server. Real easy to wipe out all your troops when you're still progressing and building up troops. Frenzy points aren't going stop them. Good luck on overpowering them as lower levels, and this is coming from a month old player who never lost much troops. Please don't waste your time like I did if you aren't planning to spend a lot of money.

A product or. Service is only as good if not more than the resolution it provides to customers. Any business can give great custome service when it's sunny and warm. It's when sudden bad arises does a business stand out. Weather can't be fixed, but issues can be resolved. It's been 7 days since I last logged to collect gold in the exchange. Since then issues with logging have occurred. First with Facebook not allowing entry and now game freezes. It's not rocket science. Let's get it done plz.
