Glitchy. Games freeze, so you can't move, which obviously ruins the playing experience. Wins disappear, and you don't get credited for them. You can't view match analysis in the APP because of some Google compliance issues. You can pay for a Star membership monthly, but there is no customer service support to speak of, which is obviously a bad business model. I'll be letting my Star membership lapse after one month, and only play on the laptop. The browser experience is better than the APP.

Terrible platform. Many glitches. You will lose coins when you are not supposed to. Your match will end due to expired time and there will still be 30 seconds on the clock. Customer Service is non existent. Obviously, this app was rushed to the market as a money grab without the kinks being worked out. I wouldn't pay a penny again for any coins. Recently lost 6 points when it was only a 2 cube and I had removed 2 of my men from the board, Do not by coins , it's a waste of your money. 0 stars.

Has some quirks and glitches that mar an otherwise fun game. Game will freeze up although your clock is still running. You have to leave and come back in to fix it. On occasion the game will roll for you even with Auto Roll set to off. This makes it impossible for you to double the cube. I have gammoned opponents and not given a doubling of the win but I have been gammoned and my opponent gets double the win. Bet size is arbitrarily set for you. Could be great but needs work.

App has improved a lot since the initial launch(Gave it 1 star it was so bad). I am actually really enjoying the new version a lot. I was skeptical about the coin system but it makes the game results have more meaning and it's fairly easy to keep your coins if you are somewhat decent. We finally have different color boards!!! We can finally see our opponents checker movements!!!! Thank you very much for this update!!! Keep the updates coming the progress has been great!!

Needs a few bugs fixing. Sometimes, randomly the "confirm" button will entirely freeze until your timer runs out, meaning you lose the game because you couldn't confirm your move. My partner and I have both noticed when playing, very commonly when you're doubled, if you accept, the opponent automatically rolls doubles. It often also says no opponent found, but has actually entered you into a game without you realising, so you lose 100coins bc you time out of a game you didn't know you were in.

Recent update is bad on many fronts. No AI matches on mobile for star members is one. Removing the 2-ply analysis for free members is another. App glitches more and more. It was really fine earlier- not perfect but fine. Don't fix what isn't broken!

Excellent game analysis for free, no adverts, just straightforward playing! Just wish there were more players on here as sometimes can take more than 15 seconds to find a match

They've fixed the white screen of death. But now there's a problem with the embedded browser they're using to render. Hopeless Oh and now when you try to analyse your game you're forced to the auth screen which is still broken see above. Atrocious
