One of the better Spades games. Why 3 stars? Not the ads, but the ad formats. First, there are now mini ads at the bottom of the game. Ok, fine... The ads in-between hands and new games are not the type that run for 5-30 seconds and give an X out option. You have to click them, wait, back to game. It's pretty forced. I'd be happy to purchase the game for an ad free experience, but the Google market seems to have gotten away from that. Sad.

I would give this 5+ stars, but it runs a continuous ad at the bottom that's very bright at night. Another problem is it plays an ad after every single hand. I could understand one after each game since it runs a continuous ad at the bottom. And 2 of the ads are a big issue. 1st one, no X appears and you have to close out the game, the 2nd one has no X and it tries to trick you into "upgrading" the game under that that it won't play right. If you click no, the ad reappears.

I have tried a few spades apps and this one is my favorite -BUT- the bidding is inaccurate at times by my partner... example: they bid 5 but only make 2... also, it is confusing at times - example, I play a queen of hearts, my partner plays the King (taking the book) then plays a 3 of hearts... why not let my Queen be the book? There are a few quirks that need fixing, I am seeing the exact same hand at times... but other than too many "ads" it's still one I play regularly.

When I initially downloaded the app, the game appeared fair/fun. The music was soothingly nice, the cards were seemingly delt with equal distribution, allowing for both teams to win proportionately, not anymore! My digital partner sometimes plays its hand as if it's part of the opposing team. It would be nice to have the option to play solo, I do not like having to always play as a team. The aposing team is always delt a winning hand ! I do not like the newly updated background music!!!

very good for learning how to play and you can set the difficulty level. edit review: this game is great for people who don't know how to play and are trying to learn, however it's very unexciting because I might get one decent hand out of 15 games, literally. it's basically just trying to calculate how I can play 11 hearts with two aces out of the whole hand. I will be looking for a new spades game.

In real life, I have never been very good at playing SPADES. perhaps this had more to do with playing in a barracks environment as a soldier in training... and the chaotic setting in the field, with guys trash-talking etc, that was extremely distracting. However, this app is an awesome way to learn the game. I have discovered that I'm actually pretty good at it!

I would delete. If it weren't for the fact that I play this game on a cash earning platform, I would definitely delete this game. The computer is supposed to be my partner. But most of the time if I did nil my partner always seems to make sure I win. Costing 100 points. It's almost like trying to play spades with a kindergartener as my partner. I get that sometimes a partner is good and sometimes a partner is bad, however, this partner seems to be more of a headache than anything.

I feel like in this game... I ALWAYS seem to come up short the opposite team ALWAYS seem to just happen to know my and everyone's hand and some how miraculously they never get set... Which is kinda odd. Also... My "partner" never plays with me so it like playing 1 against 3 and everyone one else knows the hands!! Really could improve on the algorithm so it's not so obvious. I stopped playing and then came back and it hasn't changed!!
