Hey! The story is very good, and the characters, abilities,skills and paragon are just... Wow! However one thing they need to fix is that their ultra graps didn't support my device. I'm using a Samsung galaxy 24, and my phone was newly brought. I've cleared 12GB already and it still didn't support. Another is the fact theres lots of bugs. Please fix this then I'll change my rating! Thank you!

Positive: is a free world style game, with many different sets, you'll never be stuck, there will always be a quest, dungeons, monsters, etc. No ads at all, easy to get XP, gears, gems, etc, doesn't feel like a pay to win at all. Negative: the mainly storyline is too short, soon you finish it in a way that is not even close to a closed arc. And than things get bored, just do side quests, shadow quests, etc, but with no mainly goal/purpose, like a show with just fillers adventures, gets boring.

Since the latest update. The app continually crashes. I've gone through all the steps. I've cleared my cache. I've reinstalled. I've restarted my phone. Anytime I download The game fresh. It works the first time and then after that it continually crashes and has to restart even if it seems like it's working. Blizzard needs to fix this. It's very annoying.

After last update, it won't work. I have to keep closing and reopening to get in. Once I get in the game , I keep getting a "app isn't responding" pop up. If I select wait for game it goes away and then pops up again every 10 to 20 seconds. If I get in the game without the pop up happening, then I can't select anything, like menus or NPCs. (Updated from 1 to 3 stars. - now I can get in the game, However it still takes 3 to 4 restarts because of the issue above before it will work)

OK, if you are all about pvp, then yes, the game is p2w. But if you are here for the story, pve, etc, then there is a lot of content available. I've been playing for a couple of years on and off and I haven't paid for a thing. I've finished the main quest (so far) and all the other side quests and I've really enjoyed what's here. There's the usual events and daily tasks which can get repetitive (but let's be honest, Diablo gameplay is itself repetitive) but for a free game, loads of good content

Beautiful Graphics. Immersive and Intense. Plays like Diablo originals. However, you spend a lot of time doing side quests and Dungeons. Weeks go by, and you're still doing the same things. I love this game, but I'm only giving it four stars because it lags in intense battle sequences, your player freezes, and you're dead. Overall, it's a great experience, but the microtransactions take away from it.

Fun and immersive. Great graphics and you can get lost in it for a couple weeks. Then you find yourself wanting more and the drops for upgrading and continuing to push forward become SUPER scarce while you just get destroyed by people who have dropped their trust fund into it--which is crazy. The storyline has not been completed or updated to go further since I started. My advice: play until you finish the story line and check out the new equipment but once it spreads out, stop playing.

1 star for making the log in process absurdly hard. It has a big glitch/error where they have to check if you are a robot or not, and you have to complete it like 8 times and every time the last one give the same error again and again ( even if you are complete it correctly) say that the answer it incorrect and the 8 questions start again from the beginning. What a mess, to not even have the chance to actually play the game.
