Hello Developers, I am trying to recover my old account using contact number. And while doing that it asks to send SMS on the international numbers like USA, UK etc. I cannot send SMS to those numbers from my country. So could you please come up with some different idea so that I can get my account back. If the varification code could be sent on whatsapp it would be great (just a suggestion) Thanks.

I'm a 'pioneer' and been using for years. whilst it isn't a total scam, it may as well be. taken over a month to get 1 coin and that's worth about 0.50p. that is then locked up for 3 years. can't remove inactive people which means I lose over half of my balance. not only that, every time I earn it goes into the inactive balance instead of my main one, making this app totally useless. after the 3 years it releases and I STILL can't sell it if it isn't listed on a British exchange!

Every new day is another chance to change your life. The editing process itself is fine, and I've always loved the app itself. The reason I say the performance is awful is because 9 times out of 10, when I open the app, it just shows the CapCut logo and stays frozen on it. PLEASE fix this. I waited almost an entire month for this app to become downloadable again, and I really want the app to work properly. Some people are like clouds. When they go away, it’s a brighter day. A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way. Over complicated, difficult to find many settings hidden in different ways, and it sends none of the notifications you set to see and sends notifications for everything you don't want, there's lots of privacy concerns with what they do with your information, plenty of fake accounts that impersonate people you have added. Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving. Good app have a good day.

The app works fine until you need to log back in. I found this to be impossible. Although there are guidelines provided when you log a support ticket, which I've learnt never gets responded to, they do not work. When you use your login credentials, it takes you to the account setup page. Why did they make logging into your own account this cumbersome? So, this means those coins are lost forever without the ability to access the account again. Can the developers do something to fix this?

couldn't be easier, couldn't be happier, and definitely couldn't be more excited. This app has the potential to change people's lives financially and even if not what did you really lose? next to nothing. It takes about 15-20 seconds each day to press a single button to restart mining for the next 24hrs. And that is legit all I have to do. To me those few seconds a day is well worth the chance of maybe one day my pi coin being valued at amounts that could change everything.

0 stars. been mining for along time, the app is moving to a new platform, you need to complete a checklist. one of them is you need to do is take a picture of your ID. The camera won't focus and I've tried multiple cell phones. you can't upload the picture you have to take it with their app. the camera will focus on my ID far away but not close. I'm at risk of losing all the PI I mined even though it's their app that's preventing me from uploading my ID. time waster and a scam in my opinion.
