This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Anytime I time try to print something, it requires me to login to the WiFi every time, and it doesn't actually connect. The amount of "cannot connect to printer" messages I have seen is ridiculous. I've reset it, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the whole thing is a waste of time. Looking forward to returning this product soon.

Tried this app because the direct PC software from Brother didn't work and shockingly (sarcasm) this software doesn't work either. Connects to the printer fine but then refuses to connect to the network even tho nothing else has an issue connecting. It then acts as if the printer is connected but clearly it's not as it just throws errors when you try to print. This is some very poorly made software.

Soul

Extremely Basic. The colors come out dull af even in vivid mode & using a pdf file. The app is terrible compared to the pervious one, just Emojis, basic backgrounds & frames. The labels themselves come unstuck very quickly pretty much only good on paper & after awhile everything turns a blueish hue. HIGHLY recommend not buying the machine! Most money I've ever wasted.

I'm sure it works well. But adding a printer that's already connected to network seems to be a pain . Why do we have to rest printer to connect to it then have all the other devices have to do the same . Seem badly thought out for a simple software.

I have had this label printer for a couple of years now and have it on my phone and a tablet. It has been great. I need to use it today for my work, and the app has decided not to work. I uninstalled it and now it says it is not suitable for my tablet and all my labels are gone off the phone app. Cannot talk to anyone for help today. Really disappointed

The app generally works well, but I moved over to a new phone and it didn't copy over any of my labels. Come on! You need to do basically nothing to allow this, and do you really value my content as little of this to make it impossible for me to keep it? Please have this very basic functionality everyone should be able to expect.

I spent a long time designing this label and had it saved for months without any problems. But today, when I was ready to print, everything was erased. My label designs, printer logs—everything is gone. What happened? How can I retrieve the saved label?

Since my last review I have been in contact with a Brother representative. He has confirmed that I can no longer use this label maker on my tablets and I cannot use it on my laptop. Only my phone. All my labels for my business are lost and Yes, I have to redo them all. Very disappointing Brother. This is my business and you have now made it much more difficult for me. The printer was not cheap and the labels are costly and now I cannot use the app as I use to. Upgrades should be beneficial.
