Centralized Grievance Redressal Cell (CGRC) has been established by the Urban Development and Housing Department
to facilitate effective and timely Redressalof grievances related to 139 Urban Local Bodies.
This initiative is part of the drive by the government of Bihar to bring about transparency in the administration through use of Information Technology and Communication (ICT).
This cell registers the grievances of citizens related to 139 Urban Local Bodies in Bihar.
In addition the cell provides information and feedback on the services of the department and municipal bodies.
