It's a great game but they throttle the customers behind an ad so you need to watch one every fee minutes. I don't mind ads for better upgrades or a bag of cash, but it gets boring without customers. Re: I get that and am happy to watch ads for extra game cash and better upgrades, even VIPs. It's the slow down on the customers that just make the game a drag. I'd even watch ads just for a new wall color or to change the zoo animals.

Good but could be better I have gotten as far as the amusement park and I can't continue because it froze on me I have people lined up but the dressing room they are supposed to go into has froze it won't let me bring the item they need to change so I can continue this is upsetting I tried exiting the game but it just goes right back to the same frozen part I really like the game and would like to continue not start over if I uninstall and install the game back will that mess up how far I came

Love love, really love this game.It really relaxes me, but when I reach level 80 in the casino, I can't seem to finish cause it won't let me complete my task so I thought that if I would un install the game and then re install it that would help me fix the bug but it takes me way back to level 62 the theater please 🙏 fix this problem I really love this game

Good game so far but I am now upto the black Jack table in casino level and won't let me get the cards to give to table. I goto square and nothing happens. I am addicted to this game so finding it frustrating Update - 11/11/24 - I have already contacted the developer weeks ago and said they were aware of it and working to fix it..but to no avail yet

It's a fun game, but the constant ads are ridiculous. I could be in the middle of something, here's an ad. I already watch the ads to get certain products or helpers. I shouldn't have to constantly watch ads just to play the game. It honestly makes it no longer fun.

I love the game and will change my rating once fixed. I'm at the zoo, level 51, was glitchy, tried to buy a product got charged but thrown out the game came back to nothing I bought. Game kept crashing. Now last 3 weeks it won't load up at all. Crashes right when its about to start up the game. Being level 51, I don't want to just uninstall id really like if y'all fixed the problem! If not I will be forced to uninstall due to the amount of storage taking up space with, a game that won't load.

I played this game once before and the bugs kept me from enjoying it. Decided to try again and now I can't get past the need to build the Zoo. For some damn reason it isn't giving me the square to stand in to do the building. Bummed about this because I was thoroughly enjoying the game.
