Once I figured out the replay/restart options, it has become a very good tutorial ...to go back to previous puzzles or to study why the opponent would respond with one move vs. another ~~~😎 intermediate recreational septuagenarian

Great App for sharpening end game combination play. And examples are actually from real games that were played! The only downside is that when you checkmate the opponent the screen switches to the actual details of the game that was played but doesn't give you enough time to be able to read the names of the competitors and year so that you can look up the whole game from start to finish. Please can a longer delay on this be coded in:)

Highly recommend app for who want to solve puzzles. App also provides explanation on why some step is wrong. Ad is minimal and highly user friendly. Kudos to the team who has developed it

Great collection of problems, intuitive interface, and not too many adds in the free version. Decent price makes it worth removing the ads as well. Probably could be more flexible and helpful in analyzing different solutions, but if it would have to affect the simplicity and the price, I would not really worry about it.

The puzzles are good, but why can't I choose which ones to do? I prefer not to start with the simplest least interesting ones. What is the purpose of locking the more advanced puzzles and making the easy ones a prerequisite? I understand that some might benefit from doing these in sequence, but you don't know who fits this description and it can't possible matter to you if people do the puzzles in one order or another.

It give tips for move...its kind of quick play for brain storming. It would be nice if the teach any popular move.

As someone who has played chess, but never studied it seriously, I love the puzzles. They are the right level of difficulty and I'm learning some new concepts by replaying them after my initial, bumbling, trial-and-error solve. The app is not beautiful, but that's OK, because it's also no nonsense.

The good: Nice puzzles. The bad: Pieces move very slowly, no pre moves, no analysis tools.
