The recent app update removed the ability to track flossing, mouthwash use, dentist appointments, symptoms, brush head replacements, and more that made this app unique and helpful for someone like me who likes to keep everything organized and in one place. Also, the app store removed many items, so now you can only redeem the points for new brush sets and toothpaste. And to top it all off, points expire now. I'm very upset about these changes and hope they bring these features back.

Useless app. This is what happens when developers and support are there to tick boxes rather than getting things to work. Bought in Australia, instructions have Australian contact details. And yet I get the message "Provided country is not supported." Many reviews here are given the USA support phone number. It must be hard for Americans to comprehend that most people in the world do not live in the USA.

It doesn't do what it says it does; it doesn't track my brushing, it doesn't interact while I'm brushing, it only sends to be a shop app for Colgate and hum brush. Trivia points is about all I get daily since it doesn't interactively assist with brushing or sync offline brushing.

Old: Blutooth issues fixed. ✅ Point sync issues fixed. ✅ UPDATE: App has gone downhill severely. I don't even open it anymore honestly. They don't accurately collect points and my toothbrush has gone haywire to where it'll change speeds while I'm brushing. Also, you can get generic replacement heads on Amazon (for those that needed that pro tip). I've recently started using Sonicbrush new toothbrush. Way better than Colgate. Fix the issues, I'll start back using this one regularly as well.

The app keeps asking me to update my brushead but the app store has not offered replacement brush heads in almost a year. With my points about to expire what's the point of accumulating points if I can't use for any practical purpose? What a joke.

Unable to login to app on new mobile device. When logging by email. Email is sent to confirm email and when clicked button to either confirm or continue to login, it takes me back to log in page and then sends an email to confirm email and back again. It is a horrible hire

Tells me to "buy new replacement brush heads" as it's time to replace my brush head... no brush heads for sale in app shop. Hum points are basically useless now as I use Rx toothpaste and I don't need a new hum toothbrush. Shop needs an overhaul and a new guided brushing needs to be created.

Great toothbrush, app is pretty good, just hard to adjust to the skipping around on the guided brushing. My brain works in a very methodical way, and the app is designed to not do that under the guided brushing. It makes it difficult for people who may run their lives in non-changing routines, such as people with certain disorders and/or those who are neurodivergent. It would be nice to change the order of the zones to fit individual preference.
