I set my phone down facedown to go do something while the game was open. When I picked it up again it showed a purchase had happened. I did nothing to actively make a purchase. I tried several times to request it be reversed through the support button but never got a response. Finally saw an email address to write to and was told all purchases are final. I feel like $264.00 was stolen from me. Be very careful if you play this game.

Very poor on the free game payouts!! You build up your free tokens from over time and it just takes it in 2 minutes. Waste of time trying to actually play. If it's this way from free tokens , what is it like if I bought them ??? No, thanks on the buying part. Make it that you can win more in free play!! More people would go to your site and stay longer with a chance of them actually using real money to play !! You make it a grind , the people won't spend the time !!

Good wins few and far between. Seems highly impossible to be chosen for coin sweepstakes. Pretty sure they cater only to paying/buying customers. Game glitched and lost over 2 billion coins. Never got back. Very difficult to contact them. Finally just gave up. Nice blow off response. Run of bad luck??? I was referring to having a large amount of chips and your product glitching and wiping out all the chips, you being difficult to contact and nothing being done about it. Bad customer service.

Absolutely terrible!!! Can't believe they actually expect you to buy coins when it's almost impossible to win! if you are lucky enough to win something it will take it away faster than you can spin!!! There are other games that let you play. Don't waste your time on this one!!!! This game has also been screwed up for weeks!!!!! Didn't play for over a year! Same results. Doesn't give winnings either hit something twice and it didn't give it to me. Frustrating and no fun!

There are so many popup's now. Too much like most of the others that haven't been interesting to play. Along with loosing points continuously without a decent win, I'm quickly finding it annoying to play whereby I couldn't wait to play in Doubledown a year or so ago. I'm voicing this as one individual, but know these frustrations are not felt my me alone. dw

This game overheats my Samsung A53. This is the only app that overheats on me. Didn't have this issue using it on other devices. Most depressing slot game I've ever played. I can spend hours playing and just losing credits. It would be nice if they could give you a win every once in a while that puts you ahead but that's apparently too much to expect from a free app.

Love it! Great graphics. Some of the games are very hard to stick with after they take all of your rewards, but others make up for them eventually. 8/26 update- That eventually is coming at fewer times mainly because I cannot afford to buy extra rewards. I'll hang in a little long, but this roller coaster rider is getting old. 8/28/24 A lot of ups and downs. Determined not to pay for chips, but still love the many games.

I used to love this game and have given it multiple chances to improve. Even have reached out to there main office. The more you pay for chips the less you win. My own fault for spending close to a thousand dollars over the year but did like the game. Not any more. You say we give many ways to get free chips to cover your butt, but really guys you don't even give enough for one spin. It's a shame because It is a good game but can never play long enough with what you pay out. 😕
