Very worst experience ever. Starting from entry till the end everything was meshup nothing organise as per app jetsky is available but it's just for photo or video shot the ride was for less than a minute and there is no any other activities also peoples attitude was so worst. Yacht will be be parked in next to marina beach nearby even they are not taken us anywhere

The worst app. Booked a horse riding and on reaching we were informed that the activity is closed until further notice. Why was the booking confirmation done while the place is under renovation. Wasted entire day and money to reach the deserted place. Not recommending anyone to use this app for activities especially if you don't want to spoil your weekend.

I had a great experience dealing with Mr syed while booking for my umrah trip as the process was smooth and hassle-free. But still there is a scope of improvement in terms of the transportation buses. Other than that everything else was fine. Thankyou.

Beware of Booking through [dojoin], Headout is More Reliable I recently booked a trip through [Dojoin] for a yacht experience in Dubai Marina. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the yacht office, I was informed that there was no record of my booking and I had no ticket. Despite contacting [App Name], I have yet to receive a refund or any further communication from them. I urge others to be cautious when using [dojoin] for booking experiences,as my experience has been incredibly disappointing

Never Ever Book from DOJoin they have the worst customer support. My excitement to take my family for a Yacht trip made me , book Yacht based on suggestions received from DO team shared on WA. I booked the tour and enquired multiple times for location over Whatsapp and Call both, unfortunately nor did I get the location nor did i get the ticket, this left my family stranded at Marina and we returned disheartened. To make things worse over 15 calls and multiple WA yet no response.
