Stopped working. App is a go to for us for lightning safety in outdoor environments. App does not work on Android after latest "Update" Error message states the app has a bug and to wait for developers to fix. Unfortunately, no way to attach screenshot here. Edit: the fix for this is to go to app info and clear storage/cache.

Every so often the app completely stops working for Android phones. I know this because I compare with a coworker who has an iphone. This makes it extremely hard to do my job effectively. We largely utilize this for monitoring lightning. It is at the point where I am going to encourage my employer to use a different service. To add, even when it works, there are features that never work. I constantly have to have the app open and refresh for lightning notifications.

Completely unusable for Android phones. Luckily I have an IPhone provided to me for work so I can still make due, but very inconvenient as it stands. Please take it off the Android market until it works correctly. I've kept the app on my phone since 2021 and it worked great up until around the middle of last year, hasn't worked since.

Up until recently this is always been a great app. I just did an update last week because it wouldn't open. And yet it still will not open it always says that the app has a bug and the developer needs to fix it and to install the new update once the app has been updated in the bug has been addressed. Please fix this I use this app for work

We pay for thus service as our lightning and severe weather warning system. The app is constantly crashing. I have reloaded the app several times, cleared the cache as recommended, and it still crashes.

I just downloaded this app for the first time. After it downloaded it asked me to enter username and password. But I don't have one set up yet, but I went and put info in and it said it didn't recognize them. If course not, because I have never set up an account before! It has no option to create an account for initial users! Have tried over and over. There's no menu or main screen with creating an account.

Fix your app! It will not even open. The company I work for has had an account for me because I work on 400ft metal structures and need to know when lightning is near. Really sucks that I can't open the app. Maybe I will suggest a different app for my company. Fix your issue I am running on a galaxy note if that helps DM me for more specifics. Update. 9/5/23. It worked for a week or 2 now it's not working again.

It's a great app and used it often but recently it stopped working on my phone. I can't open it, it tries to open but nothing happens. I looked for an update but nothing and I uninstalled and reinstalled it and still nothing.
