The combat will definitely take time to get used to. I'm not a big fan on the lack of customization when it comes to making a custom battle, so that take 1 star away, second issue is the music it keep chattering in and out like static almost, 3rd, the unit Ai is not very smart and controls are not very great. However you get 4 stars for making this game on mobile, for the action and entertainment it brings, the detail it has, the work and effort put into it, and hopes to see some more games.

So far is absolutely amazing, it's honestly better than the PC version in a lot of ways. The only issue I'm having currently and the reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because around turn 105 it starts freezing up. Edit: i haven't had the issue since, I think my phone just got too hot lol. It's perfect, it's better than the original and I really hope to see shogun 2 total war :)

Pretty good so far mostly. It IS still Empire so there are bugs aplenty, but it's actually functional and improved. Armies actually kind of attack like an army, instead of one unit at a time, so far. My big thing personally is I hope down the line they do what they did with Barbarian Invasion, let us play as emergent and native factions. It would actually be a really cool reward beating the campaign and getting the option to play a very out of time USA, or actually going after Europe as natives.

Great and fun port the only bug I've had was there was a game it wouldn't let me pull up the units stats when holding down on the icon so I kinda had to guess what was better just going off price. Also like other people have said it would be nice to be able to play as every faction like in Rome and BI. There's pc mods for this so doing it on mobile should be an option too.

The graphics are good, however the controls are a little wonky at times and sometimes my troops ignore the orders I give them. Another thing is the naval warfare is a huge crasher of my device and I have a Samsung 24 ultra with 12gb of ram Update Nov,24th,2024. Game crashes anytime I've attempted to continue playing after turn 23. Major disappointment, will be uninstalling and attempting to get my money back if not fixed.

Feral Interactive yet again writes a beautiful love letter to the fans of the Total War collection. Tackling a game that would make a early 2000s tower computer cry, this amazingly done port runs perfect on mobile. Quality of life upgrades from the dramatic to the subtle are written everywhere in the game. Responsive controls and easy to read UI create a experience that plays without strain or frustration for the user. I cannot recommend enough this game, or anything in Feral's portfolio.

Not giving it a better score until control options are expanded. If I tap/hold with one finger it lets me circle/highlight units. Almost useless feature wasting single finger tap/hold. To drag and create a line of troops requires tap/holding two fingers, which makes UNIT PLACEMENT inaccurate. Edit: bought game again. Dev Reply didn't help. Still terrible how dragging formation works. Still 1 star, if battles are not fun as a result I can not recommend in the slightest.

Have not gotten to play yet, as it wants me to download and install additional files, I have received numerous download attempted failed attempts, alerting me that the resource doesn't exist. Will update if this is fixed. Update 11/22/24 The above problem is fixed. Now I'm having issues with my units moving by themselves in battle and having almost 0 control over their positioning. Will email their support team and will update again once fixed. Love Feral, I have all the faith in them!
